“My name is Jose I’m with Slam Trucking just came out of this shop with my truck good as new I was helped out by Justin and Nolan Was the man who did the work these guys really came through. Super cool people, helped me out a lot rolled in there Late Thursday with a fully loaded tractor trailer via tow truck after a big rear tire blowout coming down the mountains that blew out my brake drum. These guys not only took care of me, but I was able to make it to my load drop off on time. Thanks again to the team these guys Did an outstanding job.”
“I had deal with many Penske locations in the past 10 years and had good and bad experiences with customer service but i was at this location on 9/28/2024 Nate was the most professional and cordial Penske employee I've ever meet, even tho he was by him self and had at least 3 other customers waiting in the lobby he was able to figure out how to help me with a smile on.

“U-Haul has problems sometimes, but my U-Box experience was flawless, especially on the Denver warehouse's end. Alexandrea and the rest of the warehouse crew were all courteous, helpful, and prompt. Literally could not ask for better staff.All in all, I got a small apartment worth of stuff (including a fragile old china/curio cabinet) from NJ to CO, safely and conveniently, for ~$1500 total. Estimates for other options ranged from $2500 to $4500.This includes having the box dropped at a house in NJ, picked up a few days later, arriving in Denver in about one week, and then making several trips to the Denver warehouse to unload. (They have multiple options for delivery but for my situation it was easiest to just go to the warehouse.)A couple suggestions if you are thinking about using a U-Box:1. If you have a tight deadline for the container to arrive, you may be playing with fire, as the transit time likely varies. I didn't have a pressing need for anything in the box (I can live without a china cabinet for an extra week), so that removed a lot of stress/uncertainty.2. When packing the box, consider that it is going to get fork-lifted multiple times. If you've seen a professional operate a fork-lift, you have a sense of the kind of acceleration your load will experience. There are tiedown points all over the inside of the box, so use them. Follow the loading instructions or ask someone who knows before you close up your box for shipping.3. Get a combination padlock for the box so that keys don't have to be shipped cross-country too.So basically if you load properly and don't have to stress about transit times, U-Box is a great option. And once it gets to the Denver warehouse it is in very good hands.”

“This is a gas station location. There is not a separate window for the truck rentals. The only customer working that day was able to get me on the phone with his supervisor who was able to get me out of there in under an hour. Customer service seems to have improved but I would not recommend this location if they are busy.”

“The service wasn't over the top, yet, I find this location's rating low for no reason (at time of this review). The associate at the counter ensured efficient checkout, and his colleague addressed some items with the truck to mitigate any issues- appreciated. The QR codes are a bit clunky (with check in afterwards), but I credit Uhaul and not the location itself. (Both gentlemen did their best to explain what I needed to know) Arrived right before closure and that experience was smooth too. Unless other reviews from different sites, no overage either (I do wonder if any of the poor reviews are omitting info?) I'd recommend and plan to return when the need arises”
