They helped me out with a flat tire and pointed me to a shop that had the right size tube for my E bike, good folks.

“Does NOT stock any bikes under $8k” and claims to be niche, but is just pretentious and gives off a similar attitude. I walked in with my daily rider, a very cheap bicycle. I was looking to purchase another bike for the collection. The owner glared at me and my bike and immediately assumed I was there for an inexpensive bike. While I wasn’t looking to spend $8k, I certainly was looking to add another bike to the collection for a couple thousand bucks. The immediate waft of “I’m better than you” was expelled from the owner. As I was walking out of the shop, he continued to berate and shout at me (in front of other customers). Don’t waste your time. Go to any other bike shop in Denver, even if you do want to spend the $10k+, go elsewhere.

Absolutely incredible bike fitting experience; Charles can talk about the body as astutely as he can talk about bikes. For context I am attempting the full iron man. I left his fitting not only knowing more about my body and its tendencies on and off the bike, but I was given AAA knowledge on what types of bikes would work best for me. After I came back with my bike, Charles transformed what would normally be a mid range daily driver capable of doing 112 miles in the Iron Man, into a machine that I feel that I myself will be able to accomplish the full 112 miles on. After my fitting, James took the time to go over features of my bike I would have never discovered otherwise as well as impeccable tips on how to maintain the bike and keep it in tip top shape. He dialed in my bike in a way that allowed me to feel like I was perfectly at home on my bike. I couldn't imagine attempting the Iron Man without this. When the time comes to fit myself for a mountain bike, I won't even consider any other shop in town. An absolutely flawless experience that exceeded all expectations I had.

James is the only mechanic in town I trust working on my Eddy Merckx. He is extremely meticulous and very detailed oriented. He'll also go above and beyond to make sure your bike is working the way you like it.It's also so much fun to spend some time chatting about old classic bikes, races, and the Legends in the sport.

Boutique ultra high-end bicycle shoppe. Carbon and Ti race bikes are the standard fare. Despite such exquisite gear, support and service is personable and intimate.Come to TriBella if you race bikes. They'll take care of you for race day.

I could not be happier with the great service and attention I got throughout my bike fitting and selection process with TriBella and FitLoft. And the bike that resulted is truly my dream bike. These guys know how to treat a customer and they absolutely know bikes. James and Charles are true professionals; and there was ZERO elitism or arrogance, as can often be found at a high end bike shop.I highly recommend them without reservation if you want a high end bike that fits you like a glove.

I was looking forward to having my bikes serviced at TriBella after the website proclaimed that the business had a "non-intimidating and inclusive environment". My family was coming to town, so I was hoping to service my single speed for one of them to ride over the weekend. I called TriBella to ask if they serviced single speeds and the man who answered the phone proceeded to laugh and said "we only service bikes that cost $5,000 or more and we just serviced a $10,000 bike" and then continued to laugh and say that they would never service something like my bike?? There is nothing on the service area of their website that indicates they only service luxury bicycles, and I was baffled that this person talked to me this way. I think the man on the phone realized his behavior and said "I'm not trying to be rude, but". Well, sir, you were incredibly rude and incredibly condescending. What business talks to a potential customer that way? To all of the "peasants" out there that have bicycles that cost less than $5,000: your bicycles are no good here. To TriBella: my single speed is not my only bicycle, but you better believe that I will not be bringing my more expensive bikes to your shop. Non-intimidating and inclusive environment? I don't think so.
