Their unreliability cost me both time and money. I had an appointment for a Getaround Connect installation today, but after driving all the way down there they told me they couldn't do the work today and I needed to call back to reschedule. If they had called me before I drove out there, it'd be fine, but, as it is, I took time off work to go out there, and my car still won't be earning money for another few days, at least.

I had HID headlights converted to LED headlights and fog light assemblies replaced here.They work great. Customer service was top notch and Samson got the job done. Highly recommend.

5/5 stars , got a Apple car play device installed that I ordered online, $260. Went back againbecause I had no audio coming from Apple car play only the normal radio, Sean and Samson are the best, second time I took it back only took ten minutes to fix the issue. Totally recommend

WolfBox auto video camera system installed on time and without delay. My local Volvo dealer wanted more than twice the price for the installation on my 2008 Volvo C70. This is the second installation by Traffik Jazz done a few years ago. Samson was great to work with once again. Service continues to exceed expectations.

Minus one star for an inept installation and minus three stars for a complete lack of customer service.I had a receiver, four speakers, a dashcam, and a subwoofer installed at Traffik Jamz Car Audio. I wanted a quality installation, and I knowingly paid 40 percent more than the installation would’ve cost me at a car audio retail chain. I was told that the installation would take one day, but I received a phone call informing me that my vehicle would be ready a day later than expected because they were understaffed. I wanted the job done right and empathized with the business being short-handed, so I arranged transportation to work.A few days after receiving my car, I found the speakers had been incorrectly installed. I called Traffik Jamz Car Audio, explained the issue to an employee at the front desk, and was told that the information would be relayed to the business owner, Samson. That call was never returned. A week later, I left a voicemail explaining the issue and requesting that the botched installation be corrected. I left that voicemail well over two weeks ago and am still waiting for a response.Making an installation mistake is understandable, but not correcting it shows a complete lack of pride in your business and respect for your customers, Samson. If I had gone to a car audio retail chain, the store would’ve corrected their mistake instead of ghosting me.The business owner should be able to determine which customer I am unless they have a number of customers with a similar issue that hasn’t been fixed. Any response to this review that doesn’t include an offer to correct the mistake will only further the point that this business has no regard for its customers, and would-be customers would do well to take notice.

My car radio was not turning on. I called the company that I purchased the car radio and they recommended two companies. I called both companies and Traffik Jamz Car Audio seems a better choice because they did not ask me to pay first, instead a technician talked to me and asked me about the issue. I explained the issue over the phone and the technician suggested that the issue may be related to just a reset. I took the car to the Traffik Jamz Card Audio shop and the same technician came out and reset the car radio and fixed the issue. I asked how much I owe and the technician said that no charge to reset the radio. If I need any car electronic services for my car, I will definitely consider Traffik Jamz Car.Service: Electrical
