Went in to buy some shooters for a 21st birthday gift and because they are located behind the cashier, I was looking at them before going to the open register. The employee waved us over despite us explaining we were just looking first and kept insisting we go to the open register even though the selection of shooters behind the main register was larger. We conceded and went over to the open register where the employee was rude and rushing us even though he insisted on us coming to check out before we were ready. We decided not to buy anything and left; we choose to not do business where we are not treated with respect

I hate to say it, but my local liquor store dude is a piece of shit. He's rude. He hangs up the phone and he doesn't respect any kind of orders.

This store robs its customers by overcharging your credit card and then tell you they cant provide a receipt. The excuse is they do not have receipt paper. What business does not have receipt paper? Shady business going on at this place. Buyers be aware of this scam they are running.

I stopped in this afternoon to see if I could find a few of my favorite Bourbons only to find out they were double the MSRP price. I realize that some Bourbons have been hard to find lately, but that doesn't warrant doubling the price just because you can. I recommend no one ever go to tower liquors, unless you want to get ripped off.
