Our high school hockey team ordered polo shirts from this company back in September. They were close to $100 each and 4 months later we have still not received them. Every time someone reaches out to them they get no response. So now we are out the money and still not polos. Not a way to do business.

WARNING!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TOTAL TEAM SALES!!! Our High School Hockey team partnered with Total Team Sales for our team store to get hats, shirts, jackets, polos, etc made. Orders were place in Sep 2021, and the Polo shirts have still not come in (as of Feb 21, 2022). What we did receive was COMPLETELY different from what was originally portrayed on their website. Total "Bait and Switch". I have reached out to the owner multiple times asking for a clarification or a refund and it's been crickets. Across the team, probably 20+ polo shirts were ordered from our team. At $78 each, that's nearly $1,500 that Total Team Sales essentially stole from our team. They won't respond to our coach, they won't respond to individual parents, this is horrendous customer service. If I could give them zero stars, I would. One star is way too many. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

They could provide the merchandise that was paid for 4 months ago. Our local high school hockey team purchased $100 polos from them in September and we still have not received them and now they won’t respond to anyone. Not a way to do business.

Went there because of the reviews and it was worth the drive. Can't remember the gentleman's name but he fixed my skates on the spot (not a normal repair either). He also filled me in on all the area men's league activities. Being new to the area this was a huge help. Great prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I can't say enough great things about Centre Ice. This is a team that truly gets it! I would gladly travel to visit these guys versus any other place as you can tell they care about their business and reputation. This is the best spot in Denver to buy any type of hockey gear!

This store gets better and better every time I go in. They're dedicated to getting you in the gear you need. Not to mention finding the colors you want, if they don't have them they will customer order! They won't be beat on pricing for custom set ups! It's hard to find a store that carries a good selection of products. But it's impossible to find one that keeps them in stock and Center Ice is that store. Goalies can relate, when you can't find toe ties/hooks your SOL, they keep them stocked up at all times. Thank you Center Ice Hockey!

Great hockey shop! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and good inventory. I play goalie, and I especially appreciate their selection of goalie gear. Admittedly, it's not quite as extensive as what was at some of the shops back in Minnesota, but it's easily one of if not the the best places for goalies in the Denver area. Prices are surprisingly good, too: the handful of goalie items I checked were all competitive with the prices on the online stores, and in a couple of cases (certain skates, wheel bags, etc.) their prices were significantly better than the online options. This appears to be run by the guys who used to own Player's Bench before it was sold to Total Hockey (and later Pure Hockey). They seem to have successfully recreated the good old Player's Bench experience, except in a better location and a much nicer building. When I was there, the guys working were quick to offer to help and just as quick to leave me alone when I wanted to browse by myself.

Great Hockey Shop !!! They have done a great job sharping my skates several times. Huge Selection of Goalie and Player equipment !!! Huge Selection of clothing for your hockey player also, I don't play lacrosse but it looks like they have a ton of that stuff also. Tons of goalie sticks !!! The prices are good, lots of stuff on clearance too.

I bought skates here about over a month ago and the staff and managers are great. Very knowledgeable about the game of hockey and most definitely are qualified to sell equipment. I love my skates and I recommend anyone to come here to buy hockey equipment.

This used to be Players Bench off of DTC Blvd and 225. They combined forces with Total Hockey and this is the result. The location the store is at used to be a 24 Hour Fitness. I came here to get my skates sharpened. Jace gave me an awesome 3/8's. So why do you ask this was awesome? I have gone to shops where 3/8's have felt like a dull edge so big ups for that. This experience was by far the best. They are slower on weeknights so definitely take advantage to pick their brains. I'm coming back to replace much of my aged equipment from seasons ago. They have a great selection of sticks, skates, equipment, you name it! Ample parking and also a wonderful restaurant across the parking lot too! Go check out the new location and chat with the guys about all the autographs on the skate sharpener!
