Multiple sales associates refused to leave us alone the whole time we looked around, constantly asking questions when we just wanted to shop in peace. I don't know if these employees work on commission or something, but they need to tone their approach down by a lot.

I absolutely love Tory Burch and I am instant satisfaction minded, so of course I’ve found myself in the store twice in the last couple of weeks. Madelyn was very kind, welcoming and helpful both times. She went above and beyond and I’m thrilled with my new purchases! I can’t wait to stop back in.

Had an amazing experience on June 20th with Brianna (unsure of name spelling). My friend was buying her first designer purse and Brianna was knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole experience very special for the both of us. This store was our second stop in the shopping process and when we came back in the afternoon, Brianna remembered us and brought back our the choices my friend was eyeing earlier. She decided to buy one of the selections and we felt so welcomed that I decided to splurge and buy myself a purse here too! It was a great experience overall

I always have a good experience at this store. Madelyn, the store Manager, is the best and always is warm welcoming and will take as much time as I want to try on multiple pairs of shoes and find the prefect size.I highly recommend this store and Madelyn- she is amazing and my favorite person.

Went in to buy a belt and trousers. No greeting, no help, no "be with you shortly!" When I caught eyes with one of the sales associates.I've been in here before when it was slow and it was nice enough. But they can't handle high volume. Disappointing.

Beautifully laid out store. Helpful but not pushy staff. Lots of different sizes of purses/handbags. Quality leather goods. Shoe selection is a wide variety.

Tiaria, Madeline, and Jessica are beyond phenomenal. This team and Tory Burch Customer Service are the best retail customer service ever. They are so nice, so helpful, so professional; consistent callbacks and updates. Their pleasantries were above and beyond. I am impressed.

Phenomenal staff!! Ran there right before closing one night, looking a mess (time slipped on us and we didn't realize when they closed), and they were the most helpful, friendly, non-judgmental people that made us feel welcome. Ended up spending over twice what we were thinking, and it's all because of them! They will always be our first stop whenever we go to that mall.

Sales associate Tiaria was wonderful, made sure to get what we wanted with no trouble, great customer service, if your looking for a sales associate at this location I totally recommend Tiaria she's the best!!

Unfortunately this purse is unusable. The straps were not constructed well and I am finding myself wondering ordering if I should just throw it away. Shame on you Tory Burch.
