After endless hours on the phone with Cub Cadet "service tech", and absolutely no help.. this fine fellow gave me the right advice and I finished my repair on a snow blower in 15 minutes. If he's THAT good on the phone, his in house repairs must be incredible!

Was told he would be there Saturday at 3:00pm. Never showed up, never called. Really needed our mower for Sunday. Not a good 1st impression.
