I have gone through IVF twice and each time I have been so impressed by how KIND and calm and thoughtful Todd and his team are. I am often hormonal, stressed and scared when I go there to get my prescriptions. They always take the time to go through each item to make sure that I know how to use them and how much my insurance will cover. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough! These folks are the best.

When my husband went to p/u my prescription, my doctor had not called it in yet! Tom, along with the other staff, called my doctor's office, and were able to get my prescription! In the end, I ended up not needing the prescription, as I had the same dose at home! Tom did not push my husband to buy the medication! This pharmacy has AMAZING customer service, and they went above and beyond to assist my husband, despite them closing in 10 minutes! Shout put to Tom and the Staff for being so accommodating and helpful!!! We will definitely recommend this Pharmacy!

Horrible staff at the main location. The lines are ridiculously long and the wait is the worse. They need a better system so you can get your prescriptions filled in a timely manner.

I have used them for the past several years and they are absolutely wonderful. They are always friendly, accomodating, and have quick response times. The pharmacist is always available to answer questions or concerns. Would highly recommend Todd's Pharmacy.

What a great first experience! I was looking to transfer my monthly prescription somewhere, as my previous pharmacy had a lack of customer service (long wait times, little communication, under staffed). Todd's Pharmacy did not disappoint! Quick, reliable service, and communication every step of the way. We were able to get it transferred same day with no issues or problems. My insurance does not play nice with a lot of place (sigh), but the service is so superior, and the generic is low cost enough, that I will continue to pay out of pocket to know my healthcare is in great hands.

I have NEVER experienced this quick of a wait time for a prescription. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. Todd's pharmacy is, without question, the best place to get prescriptions filled. Their staff is very kind, considerate, and fast. Best experience at a pharmacy I've ever had.

Nicest people ever from a pharmacy! Almost forgot to say... THEY FILL UR RX IN 5-7 FRFR!! Actually wish they ran my King Soopers an other stores I go to. Been going here for yrs...we on first name basis. When you can check em out!! can't miss em when you walk in.

Tried calling to get quoted for IVF prescriptions and the lady on the phone was so rude! She lacked the compassion and customer service needed to move forward with the transaction. I hoped to use this pharmacy because it is local but I guess they don't care to receive business. Such a disappointment.

Everyone working in Todd's Pharmacy is incompetent and unbelievably rude. Especially Todd. I called in advance to see if I could pick up a few syringes for administering my B12 shots to myself...I bet you can guess where this review is going. The woman who answered the phone said they do sell syringes and we went over the sizes to make sure they had them in stock. An hour later when I finished work, I drove to the pharmacy where two people were woking; the woman I presumably spoke to on the phone and a man, Todd. I mention coming from work because not only do I no where near resemble a junky on my worst days, I work at a financial firm and was wearing professional business attire. I reiterated to the woman that I had called about the syringes for the B12. She was not friendly nor did she seem to remember the phone call and looked at me suspiciously then motioned for Todd to come to the counter. Todd proceeded to grill me on the use of the needles and asked why i didn't bring in the B12. "Clearly because the woman didn't tell me to when we spoke on the phone" I told him. "People use these for drugs" he spat condescendingly back at me. I couldn't believe what a complete irrational dick he was being. "Do I look like a drug addict to you?" I responded motioning to my attire "and if I was, why wouldn't I go to a needle exchange to get free needles without judgment instead of calling in advance and driving all the way here to purchase them?" He didn't have a response to my question but begrudgingly said he would sell me only one. I rolled my eyes, left and ordered them from amazon for a fraction of the price when I got home. I think it's safe to say the only person on drugs is Todd. He has serious issues and should not be running a business.

Customer service is lacking here with all the employees I've interacted with...surprisingly even with Todd! If you're the owner, take pride in your business and be courteous. I called ahead to see if my prescription was sent to them, and they said, "Yes, we'll have it ready in 20 minutes". Great right? So when I get there, Todd says nothing and puts the prescription in front of me. Then, he says, "We can't give it to you yet because we're waiting to hear on approval." Well, then let me know that first on the phone before I head over to pick it up. Unfortunately, because it's a specialty pharmacy, if you need a time-sensitive prescription, then you're stuck. I know there are a couple other specialty pharmacies in the Denver area; so if I need one, I'll go somewhere else.
