I had been a loyal patron to this pharmacy for years because it was convenient to where I live and work. Our insurance changed in February of last year and this pharmacy continued to use the old card for over 6mo. I was paying full cost for medications and I had no idea, I’m thinking this is what it was going to be with the new plan. Needless to say, nobody from the pharmacy ever let me know they were getting denial after denial with that card. I was paying full cost as well as my insurance premiums. Horrible business etiquette. Use King Soopers pharmacy a little bit more empathy than this high price corner store.

Quickest turn around on my prescriptions in the area, and I’ve had far fewer delays than with the nearby King Soopers or Walgreens.

I was so grateful to find this pharmacy. We were on vacation when my child became ill, and was diagnosed with Influenza B at the nearby ER. He was prescribed Tamiflu, but Walgreens didn’t have it and King Sooper didn’t have it, so I came here. Not only did they have it, but the pharmacist tested me, and discovered that I also had contracted Influenza B. She was able to prescribe Tamiflu for me as well. As a stranger in CO, I feel so grateful for the care and attention of this pharmacy which not only had what I needed for my child, but also caught that I was sick too. Thank you. 🙏

I switched to TKS after terrible experiences at Walgreens, really wanted to support small business but I have had bad experiences time and time again with TKS. They don’t fill prescriptions unless you call in, they set false expectations on when to expect medications. I spend more time reminding them about my prescriptions than I should. The staff is nice, maybe they are just overwhelmed but they need to understand people NEED their medications.

I had a prescription for my dog for a compounded cough syrup. My vet recommended this pharmacy. When I dropped off the prescription I asked how much and she either could not or would not tell me until it was made. I went to pick it up $45 and I had said that seems high I never paid that much for a prescription. I remember about $14 or $15 at Walgreens and with a coupon off good RX cost $11. I never received a call and she admitted that I should have and they normally do, so I could never check my other optuons. She told me the price of $14 was for the conventional and that you could not get the conventionl anywhere. She said she had to use tablets to compound and they are more expensive. I was never given the chance to see my options elsewhere. When I called she told me she would give me $10 and I had said that was not enough we should at least split. Before finishing the conversation I was hung up on. When I came into the store, she gave me the $10 and told me she couldn't split because the first time making it, she spilled it so now it already cost her more. None of that is my fault or responsibility and I had to pay $35 which is more than double.

I moved to this new area and decided to change my pharmacy from Walgreens to Tks pharmacy. Things went well until I noticed you have to be on top of your medications… this place doesn’t inform you when your prescription are due for a refill so I changed back to Walgreens. I went into Tks’s to pick up my last prescription the pharmacist give me the dirtiest look with the nastiest tone all because I decided to change back to Walgreens who handle business well…it’s not my fault this pharmacy is slow and not up to date with the times.

There is such a fantastic staff here. I don't know what took me so long to move over from the national providers. There have been no issues since Switching over months ago.

They are the best Pharmacy I have have ever used. I can always count on them having my prescriptions ready. And if the they are not ready, they will do it on the spot. The people complaining are either karens or have no patience.

My pet needed special "compound" medicine and TKS Pharmacy was able to fill the prescription quickly. The staff cares about their customers, it is easy to request refills, they are fast and price is comparable to online options. I have since transferred all my prescriptions to TSK because they are friendly, knowledgeable and affordable. I highly recommend TKS Pharmacy!!

Unacceptable on how they run their company. Would not honor my Issuance because it was to good. Offered a 20% coupon and stated they don’t make any $$. Maybe put up some signs, big signs! WE ARE FOR PROFIT ONLY. GOT GOOD INSURANCE, PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR MEDICINE. Nobody deserves that neglect when all they are trying to do is take care of their sick family.

Tried calling to ask if they had something in stock, and have to listen to 2 minutes of music and automated voice talking about their pharmacy and location and hours. Don’t they think if I can find their number I can get their hours? Finally get to the menu to get to a person (0 doesn’t work) and you go to ANOTHER music and message automation.Just give customers the menu options - we don’t need all the rest of the time waster. Gave up and called Walgreens.

TKS is the best pharmacy for me and my family so far. We always receive text when our prescription medications are ready, or they bring our medications to our door. Dr. Alice and her co-workers are very helpful and caring people who explain important details about the drug info. I highly recommend this pharmacy, especially if you are in the Green Valley Ranch area.
