Selection? Where are the PLUS SIZES? Does Title Nine believe that all athletic women are no larger than a size 14? Supposedly the company is Women Owned, but if so I'm confused at the lack of accommodation for larger women, like me, who love to hike, ski, kayak, and cycle. You're missing out on lots of sales, Title Nine! Catch up!

Title Nine is one of my favorite women's apparel stores. I've been shopping at the Cherry Creek store for years. Ever since they moved locations, the customer service has been horrible. I thought maybe it was just an isolated incident, but I've been there several times over the past few months. Each time the staff barely acknowledges my existence. They don't show eye/facial contact or engage in any small talk. I have been rung up for purchases several times, where they don't even talk to you. Instead they take drinks from their water bottles, eat snacks and talk with other employees. There aren't that many customers in the store, so you would think they could give a customer who is purchasing a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise a couple minutes of attention. I feel uncomfortable going here lately. It's sad because they used to be so friendly. It's been downhill for a couple years now. The selection of clothes is not as big as it used to be, but I'm not as upset about that. I just wish they were nicer. It's almost as if they don't want you to buy their clothes.

If you're a guy wanting to spend a few hundred dollars on a gift for your female partner, don't try shopping here. This was experience today: despite an empty store, the employee was annoyed that I didn't know exactly what I wanted and expressed no interest in trying to help me figure it out. What could have been a really fun experience ended up with me leaving the store and the employee almost literally ushering me out. Terrible experience. My bet is that the folks over at Lulu will be more than happy to help me spend my money.

I purchased one item from this store years ago and was unknowingly signed up to get monthly catalogs in the mail. I have been submitting requests to their customer service via online form and email for over 10 months now asking to be removed, but nothing has worked or gotten a reply. I have since moved, and it's frustrating to the new residents that they continue to receive these catalogs addressed to me. It's disappointing that this store automatically signs customers up for unwanted catalogs and then has no system in place to stop them when a customer repeatedly asks that they be discontinued. It is wasteful and feels misaligned with their purported values around sustainability - and it's just annoying to get junk mail. I didn't expect this from this company.

This is a scam. Reported them to the BBB, as well as FTC. Changed my bank account info as well. They ripped me off for $150. Ordered a dress on backorder, only to have them change the date to 2 months in the future after I ordered it. They still charged my card. I called this morning to cancel the order and couldn't get through. Got an email response that seemed automated and had 0 to do with my issues (I wanted to cancel the order and get my $ back). Had to call my bank to get the money replaced. And still am unsure what is going to happen here... I will not stop until this place is shut down. You don't rip me off and get away with it.

1 star is too many for their LACK of customer service. I've called several times and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. When I hit "1" for a call back, my phone's spam blocker will not allow the call to go through. There is an option for "live chat" but there are NO REPS available on the live chat. POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE on the planet! I've never experienced worse service. I'll NEVER shop here for this reason alone. I have product questions. I'm trying to spent a good $1,000 here on products, but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Heading over to REI who DOES answer the phone, and ANSWERS IMMEDATELY. How does this place even stay in business when NO ONE ANSWERS the phone - no matter what time. Early morning, late evening, mid-day - NEVER EVER EVER ANSWER!!

Having a difficult time receiving my refund from an order I placed six weeks ago. After two phone calls and an unanswered e-mail, my refund still isn't resolved. I was told that it was a computer problem and that I should hear back from them soon. I'm so disappointed because I like their clothes and want to be able to trust their return policy.

Store is half the size it used to be but, very helpful staff. Disappointed in the bra selection to actually try on. Most need to be ordered out of the catalog.

I made a purchase at the store (which will be shipped to my home) and the lady was very nice. Having said that, since I didn't receive any confirmation email etc a week later, I did call the store and the person I spoke to 'Sam' was more than annoyed that she had to look up my order. Not shopping there again! - now 2 weeks later, I still don't have my package (paid 130!!!) and store is telling me: 'there is nothing I can do' - Seriously? Don't order in store --0 customer service with an attitude!

My favorite store in Cherry Creek with clothes that are cute, stylish, very simple with sustainable fabrics. This isn't a store for kids, its expensive, but the service is great. It has active, casual and just nice clothes. I love stopping in a lot. I find something everytime and I get compliments when I wear thier clothes. I'm a Title Nine addict.
