We had a great experience dealing with Timberline kitchens. Our new kitchen is beautiful and very functional. Remodeling is not always a pleasant experience, but Timberline went above and beyond in helping make that experience easier. I had a problem with a shower, which was not Timberlines doing or responsibility. Jim Carey, the owner of Timberline Kitchens, personally came over and fixed it for me. That's what I call above and beyond.

Staci at Timberline did an outstanding job of designing and coordinating the extensive remodels of our master and guest baths. Timberline only uses top of the line materials. Their installers are true craftsmen. As with any project, not everything was initially perfect but they took care of everything, no questions asked. This is the second major project Timberline did on our home. Previously the remodeled our kitchen. Same quality work.Services: Tile work installation

After researching different companies and contractors, we selected Timberline Kitchen & Bath to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. The results far exceeded our expectations – Our kitchen and bathroom are beautiful.Embarking on a remodel can be stressful even in the best of times but was an even bigger challenge due to the widespread supply chain issues post-pandemic. Run away as fast as you can. In March of 2023, I called RD Henry's corporate office to request dealers in my area. I wanted to expand my kitchen and wanted to continue to use RD Henry cabinets as those were the cabinets I had already installed in my kitchen. The original dealer was no longer in business. RD Henry sent me to Timberline Kitchen & Bath.Since our time with Timberline, Timberline has refused to share a price breakdown, written specifications, timely updated plans, order list, and bullied us into paying based on their promise we were getting exactly what we had in our kitchen. We paid on time and played by their rules. We were denied inspection of the cabinets and denied to see the specifications prior to full payment and prior to delivery. They take a couple thousand here, and another couple there, before you know it, you are several thousand dollars in the hole with them. We were promised we would get new cabinets exactly like the existing cabinets. Once cabinets were received, pieces were incorrect and were made in cheapest materials. After many attempts to contact Timberline, Timberline has refused to respond back to us.Timberline charged me for kitchen cabinets at a premium price while having them made in MDF and particle board. See, RD Henry also makes cheap cabinets for big box stores like Home Depot/Lowes, which sells from $100 to $500 a cabinet. We wanted solid wood cabinets, just like our old cabinets. We paid nearly $24k for 14 cabinets. This comes out to $1,700 a box. We estimate an overcharge of at least $15k for the product received. Neither RD Henry and Timberline will respond to any of my messages. We would have never done business with them, but it was RD Henry who referred me to them. We had worked with RD Henry twice before, and then it was a pleasant experience. Keep in mind the 5 star reviews written below are by the owners and their friends. Pay attention to the low ratings, because that was my experience as well.

Staci Carey with timberline kitchen and bath worked with us endlessly to provide wonderful service and outstanding kitchen cabinets, countertops, and directed us to whomever we need to contact for our appliances. She was available anytime we needed her. She was caring and very knowledgeable. The whole renovation was an A+.

What a waste of time, effort, and money!The first warning was a weird feeling I got when I walked in the door. $40K down the drain, the best part? They do not care one iota!Warning to anyone looking for a new kitchen, anywhere but timberline. They had to steal their name from a boot mfg. and that is the best part of my terrible experience!Save your energy and go to a reputable company. Would have given zero stars if possible. Caveat Emptor!

This shop is a gem! We had a nightmare basement laundry room and no idea how to renovate it on a budget. The Timberline team figured out how to adapt a laundry room on the main level without tearing into any walls, and the whole process was very smooth. Their contractors, carpenters, and electricians were very professional and easy to work with. We were so happy with the results too!

Jim & company at Timberline Kitchen & Bath did my kitchen. Not only was their work immaculate, but I felt very comfortable with leaving his guys in my house unattended. I highly recommend them to all my friends & family. Thanks for the awesome work & coming in below price. You & your team ROCK!
