Ryan Buckley and the whole Thrive Team did an amazing job with helping us in buying our first home. The team went above and beyond to walk through all the necessary steps, especially with the contract information. When personal matters came up and we had to push the searching/buying process off a few months, Ryan was so understanding and said he would be there whenever we were ready to start the process again. As first time home buyers, the process was really intimidating, and Ryan and the whole Thrive Team really made us feel at ease and supported through the whole thing. Ryan always made himself available to go look at homes and even would go out of his way to go back to homes when we wanted to walk through with our families. He advocated for us and helped us through every step of the way. We are so thankful to have had Ryan as our realtor and to have had the support of the Thrive Team as first time home buyers!

Ryan did an outstanding Job helping us find our home! Ryan went above and beyond what we could have asked for, he was always available for questions and helping out in whatever way he could. Ryan was always ready for the questions that I had on the home and did his research when he couldn't find a particular question that I would have. Being a first time home buyer Ryan made the process super easy, walking us through all the documents and everything that we would have to get together for buying a home.

Ryan and the team at Thrive Real Estate are absolutely top shelf! Ryan is a true professional and is backed behind the scenes by an outstanding team. He is very knowledgeable about the market and understands how to deploy various strategies for any situation you find yourself pursuing. He is very attentive to what you want and what you're looking for. He's extremely patient (we looked with him for over a year!) and never tries to push you into any hasty decision making. Ryan is also readily available and responsive when you find something you're interested in looking at. We were interested in a property at a time when he was vacationing out of the country and not only did he get us in to view the property with one of his colleagues, but he even executed an offer on the property while he was away. After finally finding our home, Ryan didn't stop there. He followed up multiple times to check in on us and offer various pieces of helpful information. As I said, TOP SHELF all the way through. We cannot recommend Ryan and the Thrive team enough!!! Many Thanks!!!

Brittany Brennan is an amazing realtor that I would highly recommend to anyone searching for or selling their home! I was under contract for my first home within a week of meeting Brittany. She thoroughly listened to my ideal criteria for a home and immediately sent me a listing that I fell in love with.She was swift to schedule showings, gather information about each home, and relay anything to look out for (or be cautious of) while we viewed houses. Her recommendations for local mortgage lenders were phenomenal and she is really knowledgeable in how to properly bid on homes to both save money and remain competitive in the market. Brittany was also extremely communicative from beginning to end - she would email and text often to remind me of deadlines, coordinate meetings, relay inspection results, etc.I was anxious about purchasing a house by myself, but Brittany perfectly stepped into a partner role, guiding me through every stage of the process. She's kind, patient, intelligent and very professional; everything you would seek in a realtor. I can't wait to call her for my next purchase!

I had been searching for my “Forever Home” for several years and had gone through several Realtors during that period. I was told my expectations were too high because I wanted to buy and sell at the same time to avoid moving twice.A townhome came up for sale on Zillow that I wanted to see. So, I decided to throw caution to the wind and clicked on find me a Realtor and this is how I found Ryan Buckley and how he found me. He responded within minutes and we met at the home in an hour. The home wasn’t for me but we stayed and chatted and I shared my wants and needs and he felt very positive and confident that we would be able to meet my goals.Ryan and his team at Thrive including Jessica worked quickly to get the process rolling and going that even included the Updater AP that saved me time and money.Bottom line, my house went up for sale on Thursday. Ryan personally held two open houses that weekend and by Sunday evening we had an offer. By Monday evening I had put an offer on my new home.My head was spinning but Ryan and his team kept me organized and on time with all deadlines.To conclude, Ryan went above and beyond during the entire process from watching my dog, disposing of an old TV and rushing over to remove a TV mount at my new home before my new furniture was delivered.I will strongly recommend Ryan Buckley to family and friends.

Andrew and Thrive realty were excellent helping my wife and I purchase our first home. Andrew was extremely flexible with our crazy schedules and helped us find a home that fit our needs and was within our budget (a taxing job in these crazy times!). Kyle Vasey is the Realtor you need on your team when purchasing property in Colorado.We originally met a couple years ago at Zone Fitness; he was my personal trainer and naturally became good friends. Kyle's work ethic is difficult to match, he is relentless (in the best way possible). I was truly fortunate to partner with Ryan and his team at Thrive Real Estate Group for my home buying journey! I have had the experience of buying homes in three different states in my life, and I consider myself picky and a perfectionist. I usually invested a lot of time and effort in researching and finding the right agent for my first two homes. However, this time, it was a completely random match that led me to Ryan and Thrive Real Estate Group.I was casually browsing homes on Zillow without a solid home-buying plan or a designated realtor when I found a home that caught my interest. I clicked on the tour request button and was randomly matched with Ryan to view the property.
