We completed our online registration well in advance, and were told we could go directly to our car. However, we were disappointed to instead wait in line 10-15 minutes. The saving grace was a very friendly agent who put us into a nicer car than we had prepaid.

75 people in line at 930pm. I originally wrote a 1 star review because the staff didn't seem to have it together, but once I got to the counter I was pleasantly surprised how well they handled the rush. Great job! Just wish more registers were open.
