If you’re trying to simply mail something out, try somewhere else. Wasn’t aware these are all independently owned, used to get great service at the UPS store in GVR just to ship mail and packages out, way less stress for me than the post office. Employee wasn’t very friendly, told me they didn’t have traditional stamps and they don’t do just the print out barcode stamps. Was confused since I got this done at other UPS locations and asked about it. They just said “K. ? We’re independently owned.” I’ve worked customer service jobs my whole life, I get it, most customers suck, sometimes you have a bad day. But I’ll try somewhere else for a better experience.

This store was awesome! My phone died and I had a little adventure getting it charged. Sam and Katerra were so nice and helped me get my package out on time. I had to get it out that day due to poor planning on my part but they helped me out! 20 out of 10. A little bit of kindness and empathy goes a long way.

I had to finally write a review for this UPS store. They work so hard. They regularly have a line to the door and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes. I promise you that anything holding up the line is not on them but whoever the customer is haha. professional and great at their jobs.

I've been to this store several times to get documents notarized. It's always been fine, until last time when the notary misdated several documents. No big deal, I thought, mistakes happen. I went back to get them corrected, but they wouldn't redo them without the originals, so I would've had to have my attorneys fedex them back to me. I was going to do it anyway, but then the employee told me unprompted that he didn't believe it was possible a mistake was made. All right then, I'll take my business elsewhere.

$2 printing fee for printing a return label for Amazon, are you kidding me? Is it printed on gold flake? The return is already using UPS, why do they need to charge for this too

I arrived 15 minutes before closing to drop off a couple of returns and needed to buy some packing tape to affix the labels. The guy behind the counter greeted me and said he could help at the front. When I said I needed to grab some tape, though, he replied: “we’re about to close, hurry up.“Despite being ready to spend $9 on packing tape, I couldn’t get over being told to “hurry up”; I went to CVS to ship my packages instead.The three stars are in recognition of this being one dude’s behavior; I’m sure there are other, more pleasant employees as well.
