Generally good. Being older, I like talking to a person sometimes and that is not always readily available. It’s not bad just preferences.

This is probably the worst insurance company I have ever seen. What’s the point of having employees if they don’t actually do the work? I called and sent an email with all of the information to cancel my policy on friday during regular business hours. Monday I called because I had a gut feeling that it wasn’t canceled and lo and behold I was right. On top of not being notified that my policy wasn’t cancelled the agent I was working with left out of town and wouldn’t be returning for some time. So now I have to go through the whole process again with someone else because the last person failed to do his job or communicate to anyone else he wasn’t able to complete it. To add to that whole mess I had paid in full for the policy and they have been giving me a hard time returning my refund starting at the time I originally cancelled my policy.

Edit: After my annual review with Antonio and the team, I am still very happy with having the Pacheco Agency cover all insurance needs. I have always been taken care of promptly and professionally. Happy to keep my policies with Allstate and this team!

What I most value about Eddie, Antonio and the team is they will be upfront and honest with you! They will even suggest other recommendations should something not look right and or be the best insurance option for you - even if they are not the right ones to obtain your business!

This agency is completely useless. From raising rates for no reason and with no claims on the record, to being incompetent when notified of cancelled policies. They did not communicate with corporate Allstate these changes causing me to receive a bill with late fees. When I reached back out asking them to handle, I didn't even receive a reply. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for insurance.
