In my opinion meat tasted below average. Would rather have gone to a normal chain and not paid the high price for below average taste. Will not be coming back. Hope this helps.

I've been to this butcher several times now, and it's my absolute go to for anything red meat. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Plus, they sell pig ears and frozen cut beef bones, which my dogs go nuts for.

Great local butcher store. Super friendly staff, happy to help you with any questions. All the produce looked super fresh and tasty. They even had British style sausages! Thank you so much!

Started my day just googling local butchers in Denver and stumbled apron this shop, the reviews sold me from the beginning so I decided to give them a call about meat bundles they may have! The Man who answers the phone was beyond happy to help and give me recommendations as well ask insist any questions I have to just give him a call. I was sold by the customer service right away and decided let’s go in store and check it out! The selection was amazing and the prices where spot on for what I was looking to spend, we decided on the dry aged sante fe cut which the butcher gave some recommendations and tips on how to go about cooking. We just finished that cut in second after cooking it! The beef was truest an amazing piece of meat! I can’t wait to be back for that bundle❤️ highly recommend to any one in Denver!

I was going here frequently, then just before the 4th I went in to buy beef chuck. I was looking for 5 lbs. The butcher only had some pieces the amounted to 3.4 lbs. I asked the guy if he had a bigger, whole chunk in the back. He sorta shrugged, smacked his lips and said “look we’re about to close”. He just didn’t want to go look. So, I hesitantly bought the chuck he had out front. When I got home, the meat was just all their scraps that they tied together to look like a proper cut! I felt bamboozled. I had spent so much $$ in that place and a lazy butcher made me switch to someone else.
