When I tell you this was the best experience I've ever had going to a hair salon. I scheduled the appointment for my daughter and left scheduling an appointment for myself. Joy & Joia were very informative with beautiful personalities. It really was a VIBE (especially the music). The salon atmosphere is so beautiful and welcoming. The ladies are so beautiful with body ody ody lol. This will be our new home for natural healthy hair care & skin care. Thanks ladies! Can't wait to come back❤️

I wanted to love this place. It wasn't too far away and they specialized in natural hair. Went once for my first wash n go and scheduled a silk press and facial for the following week. The person doing my hair was sick so they notified me via text. Asking if I wanted to reschedule. There was a lot of back and forth via text regarding the facial that was also scheduled for the same day. I wanted to cancel but their app won't let you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. I didn't get a response to the cancel request until the next day, which was by text. My frustration could have been prevented if only someone would have picked up the phone and made a quick call to let me know my appt was canceled and at the same time given me the opportunity to cancel the facial and reschedule both at a later date. One phone call is more efficient than multiple texts back and forth.

I got my first curly cut here and I love it! Tyra was my stylist and she was amazing. I was nervous about getting a curly cut as I wear my hair both curly and straight and Tyra gave me some tips to get the results I want with my hair in both states. She also taught me product and styling tips that I’ll literally use forever, my hair has never looked so good. The cut was great and I feel so much more confident with my hair in its natural state. That’s priceless! Thank you, Tyra!

This review was long overdue but I was referred by my sister, who had nothing but good things to say. When I say everything she said was all true, I mean it. I’ve gone to so many salons and none really knew how to handle my hair type. Tyra took care of me and when I say she did her thing! Very knowledgeable with curly hair and she was super sweet. 10 out of 10 for me!

Joia was far beyond what I could've imagined! I've gotten my make up done several times and have never gotten the correct shades, but she nailed it. She gave me the perfect soft glow with a champagne eye. She's the queen of lashes as well!

Where to start! I have been coming to Joy and Tyra for about a year now and I love coming in. I have had so many different styles and services done, from natural twist outs to hand tied extensions. I love how easy it is to discuss hair options with my stylists and love that there is so much flexibility. Joy operates her salon with training, education, and client comfort in mind. It is really nice to just be in the salon and relax and be taken care of. Respectful, kind, and peaceful salon.Scheduling is a breeze and the salon has plenty of parking, very clean, and orderly. And most importantly, my hair has never looked better! Healthy, strong, detangled and fresh!Thank you all so much for always taking care of me and my hair!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Hair & Image Salon! Joy does a phenomenal job with my hair, keeping it healthy and strong while also supporting me as I branched out of my comfort zone and added extensions - I’m obsessed! I also get my brows tinted here by Joia. She is extremely talented and I leave with my brows looking flawless every time. This is truly a special salon and I am happy I found it!Services: Haircut

I had a great experience at The Hair And Image Studio . From the team being so nice , to the atmosphere being so clean and calm, to the service. I received the TLC steam treatment . This was amazing ! Tyra also did and amazing job on my blowout. 10/10

The Hair and Image Studio exceeds beyond expectations! I moved from California several months ago where I had the same stylist for over 10 years. I tried a few salons before finding the Hair and Image Salon. I knew immediately I had found my home. A multicultural hair salon which focuses on healthy hair and healthy skin care, the environment is vibrant, clean, and beautifully decorated. With the owner Joy at the helm cultivating a relaxing and enjoyable experience, she and her staff are knowledgeable, professional, and just overall pleasant, and fun. Tyra, my stylist nails it every time !!! She not only focuses on maintaining the health of my hair during my visits, but she also teaches me how to keep my hair healthy in-between visits.
