I just moved in this week and the staff has been outstanding! I had some minor issues upon move-in and (maintenance) George and Tony, took care of them right away. I had the pleasure of chatting with them while they were fixing things and they spoke very highly of this complex and the people they work with. This says a lot about the community. And of course there's the leasing rockstar- Kendra. Kendra is the most delightful human you'll ever meet. I never enjoyed a tour so much- she had me laughing the entire time. She's been such a support during my move in and has gone above and beyond her role - like moving some packages into the locked parcel boxes when Amazon didn't follow deliver instructions. The staff has put my mind at ease - especially since I saw so many bad reviews about maintenance issues on other community sites when i was shopping apartments. I lived in a luxury condo building a few years back and that was no where near the service and treatment that I've been receiving at The Den. Thank you guys for making my move awesome! I

I was going to let this go but the way the leasing office handled a recent situation of mine compelled me to write this review.
Edit** They are now taking away amenities and my utilities for the shared spaces just went up $30 this month. I just moved out over a month ago and they still haven't sent me my security deposit back like they said they would.
This is just a bad place. The leasing office is extremely entitled. They expect the residents to work for them not the other way around. They do not own up to their mistakes and at the end of the day just ignore them. The building is very dirty, the carpets in the halls are never cleaned, and they only clean the pool once a year! Nasty. Ana from the leasing office especially complacent and whoever the building manager was bad when I moved in last December. Overall I have been treated horribly. The building attracts crime and criminal activity also and is overall just negatively contributing to the community around here.
Let this building die do not move here. Its falling apart anyway. There are better options close by.

I had the most amazing tour from Kendra! She is really great at what she does! She showed me a floor plan I didn’t even know I would absolutely love! When my lease is up I will be moving here!

I haven’t moved in yet, but I wanted to give the leasing office some credit. I’ve lived all over the United States and dealt with tons of different leasing offices and none have been nearly as friendly as the den. They were unbelievably kind and friendly from the first tour, to some issues caused by background checks, Jeremy and Kendra were both amazing. Thank you guys!
Maintenance was instant when I asked for help! Again I would like to drive this point home. George with maintenance is unbelievably helpful.

Huge shout out to Tony and George from maintenance. They came out early this morning to fix some blinds and my shower handle. And then went out of their way to help me hang up my personal shower head since my knee is currently broken.
They went the extra mile for me. And I appreciate them so much. 10/10

That's all you need to know about the state of common areas. The grills near the pool hasn't been fixed for more than 2 years, the only other working grills look like this.
The only great thing about this place is the maintenance team, when it comes to apartment fixes - very responsive and super decent.
Unfortunately, the property management team doesn't care about the overall maintenance of the building - to add to the grills issue, fire alarms are going out EVERY WINTER due to "unexpected cold weather", the penthouse is now 8 to 10 vs 24/7, the pool used to be heated year round and is now only heated during summer months - you get the idea?

I have had a wonderful experience every step of the way from getting a tour, signing my lease, to moving in. Kendra is such an amazing help and is always willing to help or answer any questions I may have.
I just recently moved in and so far have nothing but good things to say. I had one maintenance issue and it was quickly resolved the same day.
Outstanding customer support! I am excited to be here! ☺️
