A very nice 4 star hotel located in a beautifully restored historical train station with wonderful common areas, including multiple bars, a Tapa restaurant, ice cream shop and coffee house. The welcome at reception by Gracy was professional, friendly and informative. She is a great asset to the property. The room (238) was decorated to a high standard; albeit, the size was somewhat small, especially considering the price point. Notwithstanding, the bathroom is spacious and the water pressure was excellent. Additionally, both still & fizzy water was complimentary. Further, your room card gets you a free small ice cream and coffee. Overall, love this place and would book again certainly.
Food & drinks: Lobby bar has affordable drafts ($8-9) and lively loud atmosphere. The 3rd floor bar is classy and elegant with creative delicious but pricy cocktails ($20-25). I would still patronize both again. The Tapa place looked great. The ice cream is very good.

I was warmly greeted upon check-in. I stayed in a loft room. The room is full of character. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and standalone bathtub. The hotel has great amenities. They offer complimentary Lyft service within 2 miles of the hotel. It was fast and easy. You can get a complimentary scoop of ice cream, a glass of wine, and a cup of coffee from establishments in Union Station each day. I felt very safe staying in such a public space. There’s a good security presence at Union Station. The hotel floors can only be accessed with a key card and there are additional security doors before you get to the hotel rooms. It’s a fun place to stay and within quick walking distance to many sights, restaurants, and bars.

The hotel staff are some of the best I have ever seen, including comparing Ritz Carlton experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the Crawford the evening of our wedding. Was a little worried that the check in process would take some time, or that parking would be an issue, so I contacted them ahead of time. They were very responsive, got us set up with a valet, made the check in process super smooth, and did an all around fantastic job. The hotel itself is super clean and quiet. Staff was excellent. Really nothing I would change about the experience.

One of my favorite hotels ever. My 1st stay and absolutely loved it! Will definitely stay here again. Rooms were impeccable! Bathroom was stunning! Great service from staff as well. You get a free coffee, wine/beer during happy hour and free ice cream cone. Can't say enough great things about this place. Accessible to everything and can take train right from hotel to airport!

Despite a small issue upon check-in, Katie and Cole resolved all issues and this made for a great customer service experience. This is a great property with comfortable rooms and very good attention-to-detail.

I love staying at the Crawford. The rooms are beautiful, beds are amazing, amenities are top of the line, and the location to activities is on point. Though I live close by, I will always find an excuse to stay here.
Rooms: A travel back in time with all the modern amenities. The beds provide a great night's sleep, the shower has t the perfect pressure, and the amenities are greatly appreciated for being top of the line.
Nearby activities: Baseball games, concerts, football, 16th Street Mall
Food & drinks: Guard and grace, V/T, snooze, and so much more

Highly recommend. I got a room on the 3rd floor. LOVED the tall ceilings. 2nd floor is not as cool, but still super nice.
Staff was awesome. Having such great access to food and bars was a nice perk. Plus you got free coffee and ice cream daily at the boutique shops downstairs. Sign me up.

I recently stayed at The Crawford Hotel in Denver and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Grace, who checked me in. From the moment I arrived, Grace went above and beyond to ensure my stay was first-class. Her kindness, courtesy, and attention to detail were remarkable. She genuinely wanted to make my stay as pleasant as possible, and I truly appreciated her efforts.
Despite the ongoing construction at the hotel, my stay was not inconvenienced in the least. The rooms were stunning, with no detail left unturned. The high ceilings and boutique luxury feel were exactly as advertised. Every element of the room exuded elegance and comfort, making it a perfect retreat after a long day.
I was thoroughly impressed with my experience and will definitely be staying at The Crawford Hotel again the next time I’m in Denver. Thank you, Grace, for making my stay memorable and enjoyable!

There are many fine hotels to choose from in Denver but it would be a mistake to pick this one. My room did not have any chairs, or a cabinet to store clothes. The shower handle came off and the temperature was hard to control. The safe did not work. My credit card was repeatedly and inaccurately overcharged. In my opinion this a hotel that should be skipped.

Gracie, night desk personnel, went above and beyond for myself and my grandmother. She hunted down a shower chair for my disabled grandmother and went so far as to call surrounding hotels for us. The room was BEAUTIFUL and roomy. Well worth the price. I will stay in this hotel whenever I am in Denver. No issues whatsoever!

Stayed here in January 2023 via AMEX and truly, this is one of the better hotels I have visited in the US thus far. The location is extremely convenient, the amenities and fixings were lovely and the staff was very helpful throughout. I feel we got our money's worth and the entire stay was pretty seamless despite our hectic schedule. We hope to visit again soon!
