I've been to The Body Shop twice for car repairs. This last time, they went above and beyond. They worked hard to find a replacement part that wasn't damaged and they brought an outside person in to replace my after-market decals. The car looks great and she's a 2009! Amanda is so great with communication and she worked with my schedule to drop off and pick up outside of business hours. I got a courtesy lift home - which they don't offer. Another employee replaced my brake light for me even though that was not part of the repair. Great shop that cares about doing an awesome job for people!

They did a FANTASTIC job making my car look good as new! Not only did they get the work done a week early, but they also cleaned out the inside—vacuumed and wiped down the dashboard. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and I’m really happy with the repairs.

The repair was performed properly. It was ready one day earlier than expected. The people treated me nicely and with respect. The owner wanted to insure that I was happy with the progress and the work performed. Amanda, the office manager, happily answered my phone calls for more information.

Don't expect to be greeted with a smile. I clearly was an inconvenience when I called in to their shop. Customer service and friendliness goes a long way.

The repairs look great and they threw in a A.C. vacuum pressure test and recharge. Very appreciated since it got up to 100° outside the week I got my car back.

I’m beyond impressed. This shop will forevermore have my business. They took my car in after a significantly frustrating experience at a local Caliber Collision shop where not only did they not fix my car, but they returned it to me more broken than when I dropped it off. The Body Shop went to great lengths to ensure the vehicle was correctly diagnosed - including the new damage by the last repair shop - and went above and beyond to make sure when the car was retuned to me, the repair was redone - and done RIGHT. A++ in my book. Highly recommended trustworthy group of skilled professionals.

They fixed good the door but I found dents in the back and chipped in the other side I don't know if it was intentional or they just don't care about it and you can't even say a word or show your photos because they cover them selves taking pictures once you are gone.

The Body Shop did a great job repairing my vehicle. They kept me informed of the progress. The car was done on time and there were no surprise cost or repairs. The service was wonderful. I would recommend.
