I'm a first-time customer. If you get it right the first time with a customer, you're likely to have a customer for life. I'm a branding and culture consultant that helps companies engage with the market in authentic and integral ways. So, when a brand stands out, I shout it out. My experience with TerraSlate from an initial online search, then a chat inquiry, an order and to my post-purchase email exchange with Remington, the account manager, was as smooth and clean as their paper (Hydronote blank copy paper)! Their product performed exceptionally well in my business colour laser printer and was then spiral-bound and field-tested as a working manual we took on the road for a month. But what really stood apart was how they handled my concern and delivered without question the complete resolution of the issue without making me work. This is rare today. Most companies have no idea how much work they create for their customers just to get the customer service they promised. I'm not a commercial or wholesale customer but the experience left me feeling like a Key Account and that will stick with me. Thank you for being exemplary in a time of mediocrity.

I work for a spirits company and I have to say these are 100% the best menus I've ever used! They look and feel way better than laminated cardstock and last 3x longer. The quality of the print is measurably better than what most places are as well. I recommend this to every client I service.

We have done some three interactions of International shipping to Maldives with Terraslate. The order's took 7days for delivery via fed ex. Trackings was provided and service was attended same day as order, extremely fast and they thought of local customs clearance and provided documents.We tested our marine products and would recommend for salt water use without any issues.Customer care 100%

LOVE THESE MENUS! The team at TerraSlate is really easy to work with and turnaround is fast. These menus save on the hassle of printing or putting menus in sleeves and they look great. Plus our guests appreciate that we can clean them between uses.

TerraSlate has, on many occasions, exceeded my expectations. Their menus are very high quality and long lasting. You can't tear them or damage them in anyway. They are easy to clean and store. Also important tho, the design team is amazing. They will work with you to keep modifying your design until you are 100% satisfied, and they come up with a very quality design. I would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend the company. As a small business owner, we don't have a big budget when it comes to doing our menu. I have used TerraSlate twice now and will be using them also in future, as they have provided me with a very high quality, well designed menu that has fittedmy budget and has impressed my customers and other restaurant owners.

I was first introduced to TerraSlate when I opened a restaurant in CA over four years ago and thought it was the most revolutionary, cost saving product I'd seen in the industry in years. Further the customer service and turnaround times were amazing. I've transitioned to the winery industry and was immediately overwhelmed with how much high quality paper was being consumed every day in the tasting world and TerraSlate immediately came to mind. I can't wait to implement the efficient and and paper saving ways from my past.

Absolutely amazing water proof paper. In my business, I am always dealing with water and a wet environment. There are simple tags that have to be filled out. Sharpie's wouldn't last a sun driven month on the PVC tags that I ordered before, which this product is made of, but those cards wouldn't accept ballpoint pens.I spent the $500+ to get a reputable color laser printer and $50.00 at Hobby Lobby for a paper cutter and have already saved myself $100.00 in costs.The printing services haven't been used yet but this company obviously knows what they are doing.
