I ended up returning a mattress because it wasn’t working for my back. It has been a nightmare and I am still waiting to get the rest of my money back. I have called and emailed so many times and no one will help me. Jon Smarr was supposed to be helping me but he is ignoring my phone calls and emails.I responded to the request below to reach out and have still been treated with slow response times, lack of explanations, and am still out money that should have been refunded to me. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB. Terrible customer service with no explanations.

Tim and Neil were a huge help getting us the right mattress! This was our first stop of the day while we shopped around and tried every place in town and ended up being what we decided on. They welcomed us back in with open arms and made a major purchase a lot of fun! Rad dudes.

Tim T. was amazing and gave us so much information. He showed us exactly what we wanted to see and was very helpful in making us feel comfortable and confident. It was the perfect mattress and base especially after a long day of shoveling snow! Thanks for all the help!

Neil was amazing. Super helpful super knowledgeable and really allowed you to take your time and figure out the best products that fit your sleep needs. We are totally gonna come back and ask to see Neil when we’re ready to buy our mattress.
