These people are incompetent about the “business” they run. Gave me three quotes for my back window because they quoted wrong windows and finally told me the more expensive part they got was the wrong part AFTER they took my old glass out.
So there solution was put plastic on my window, take more time out of my schedule to go get them their glass to install. Complete jokes, horrible character and customer service! NEVER GO HERE!
Also left grease all on the inside of my truck

Very poor customer service took 2 days to call back after they confirmed that they could install windshield that day. Previous install was sloppy and left shards all over dash and damaged headliner will not use again.

I went and got my front windshield place today by t a v o s Auto Glass they did great work but they have me waiting there for 3 hours because they have the wrong front windshield. I gave the guy all the information over the phone before I had my appointment and they still got the wrong windshield. And they called me over the phone a price for new wiper blades they never replaced the wiper blades cuz they said I never paid from which I did because my price was $325 and $25 and $25 more would make it $350 for new wiper blades. The lady that works at the front desk is very unprofessional she slammed the door in my face

Last week, July 5, they came here to Loveland and when they finished work I went out to pay them; He told me that he couldn't find the bill and so I paid him more because I understood that my husband had told me that it was 335.00 and no, it was 235.00 plus he counted the money plus some tip!!!! In the afternoon I called to clarify that and they told me that the employee said no!! It was 235 00 and it is not true because he
He himself said that it was 335 plus the tip that I gave him!!! I feel sorry because losing 100 dollars is this crisis hurts but they lost some good clients

Affordable price for changing my windshield, which was $250. The only bad thing is that they don't warn you that they don't install the side tires, but they don't ask for them either.

Very bad service, I don't recommend it, they are some Marranos, they dirty your car, they don't put the windows in properly, the water gets in, and for the warranty, they never answer you and they answer you out of bad humour, I regret seeing them hiring, they get paid what they say and also They don't put the pieces right and they don't respond for anything, they're idiots.

We were quoted one price and ended up paying $40 more then quoted and we waited from around 3:30pm to almost 5:55 they were very busy so I understand but the price change was annoying

Unprofessional they cancel 2 appointment on me, 1 time without letting me know until I called them and ask what happen and they said they didn't know and they were gonna check what was going on 30 mins later I called them again and they said that they had to cancel all appointments for the day.

Cheapest thieves in town , stole my bag out my back seat , my car title etc was in there , they drive your car around the whole block , you never can see in the shop , it's disclosed from view , then they play with my intelligence talking bout camera's will prove they didn't take it , unless they have a drone to follow , down and around the block , and back again when they pull it back around , it's driven off their property, total of two blocks , they treat a customer like trash , I REGRET GOING TO THIS PLACE , rather go to safelite again , or any other trusted known business

This business was painful to deal with to say the least… I had to get my front windshield and rear window replaced due to the recent hailstorm. I was recommended this place by a coworker and made an appointment over the phone which took a long time due to communication issues which are highlighted in other reviews as well. I was told that the final price after taxes and everything in cash would be $510 for the front and back. When I arrived for my appointment and after confirming with them over the phone 3 times that they have both my front windshield and back window after an hour I was notified that they did not have the back window and I had to come back a few days later. The installation seems to be ok but there was black adhesive on my handle and other places in my car. There was also a utility blade left on top of my car (see picture). When I came back the next day, I was told it was going to be a 2 hour wait max which ended up being 3+ hours. The top of my trunk was also severely scratched in multiple places which is hard to see in the picture and there is still a bunch of glass everywhere in my backseat and in my trunk. The cherry on top was that I was charged $530 instead of the original $510 price I was told. If you want an affordable place to get your windshield/windows replaced, this place may be ok for you but do not expect a good job.

Went into the shop today and had an awesome experience overall. It took a little longer than usual but the shop was very busy so waiting the extra time was expected. Quoted me a very reasonable and inexpensive price to get my windshield replaced. Laid back atmosphere and the staff was friendly! Thank you Tavos!

Bad communication, unprofessional service and bad business practices. These people don't respect their quotes, your time, or your car. Go somewhere else, it's worth the extra $.
I called for a quote, confirmed OTD price and agreed to a windshield replacement. I asked how long I should plan on leaving my car?... 40 mins, great! I scheduled my appointment and planned my day around it.
When I got there they gave me a higher price for paying with card. The original quote was for cash, but no one told me that.
The kid working the front counter had the audacity to lie to me that someone reviewed the recording from my intake call and that I was absolutely told this.
I offered to pay almost the entire total in the cash that I had on me and asked them to put the remaining $10 on my card since no one informed me of a price difference. They refused.
On top of that, they had me waiting for more than 2 hours after estimating 40 mins when I scheduled the day before and 90 mins when I dropped it off. I had to cancel my next appointment.
When I got in my car, they'd left dust and rubber shavings all over the dash. My car was not the cleanest coming in, but to make a mess and not clean it up? One small unprofessional detail that speaks volumes.
Oh yeah, and my windshield SQUEAKS now
