The company is well-meaning and they are trying their best. I would, however, suggest doing business with any other company providing drapery service. When mistakes are made, they blame the customer. When products sold and delivered are incorrect, they blame the customer. The management is aggressive and ill-mannered. The sales people need work in aspects of service and care. It is exhausting doing business with them. I give them a two-star instead of a one-star because their installer Brian is competent and good.

Horrible customer service, terrible attitude and absolutely zero respect for others. The owner seems to think he has the right to be nasty to customers. Not a very good way to bring in business, I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

You can't ask for a more conscientious and helpful staff. Everyone is focused on producing the most elegant and wonderful window treatments on schedule and finishing with a perfect installation.

Expert drapery, roman shade, bedding and softgoods manufacturer!! They even do upholstery and reupholstery! By far the best in the business! And after being around for over 45 years in the Denver area... You know they're doing something right!!
