My experience at T-Mobile Bear Valley was amazing. The staff was very friendly and made sure buying a new phone was a positive experience. They informed me of the newest phone, pre-ordered it for me and had it delivered way sooner then expected. When my phone came in, I went back to get a case and screen protector and they installed both for me.Thank you to Delilah and the Manager of T-MOBILE Bear Valley.I am glad to keep doing business with this location.

Unfortunately this store is not knowledgeable in the areas needed when selling products/services. They told me incorrect promotions for the T-mobile internet, and the internet has not been worth it. I’m very disappointed on how they sold the product when the information provided to me was all incorrect. More eduction is definitely needed for this store.

Great customer service experience! I got the new phone and I was having trouble with the switch from physical sim to esim. Maria and Meline (hope I get their name correctly) are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They tried the best they can do to help me and spent almost an hour to take care of me! Thank you so much!

My daughter a long-time T-Mobile customer, went to this location to have an additional phone number added to her phone. on arrival, she was greeted by this j*** named Joseph. This so-called customer service rep, let my daughter explain she wanted another phone number, a Denver number, attached to her present phone. He began sweet talking her and touching her as he explained to her she did not want to do that, her told her he would take care of it, went in the back room, then went to his counter, and rang everything up. He charged my daughter's credit card, then took everything out of the boxes and sat back down with my daughter. He charged my daughter for a new phone, not with a Denver number, a Jersey number, and said she needed to have a wifi antenna for her home. He puts everything in a bag and tells my daughter she was all set and she could leave, and he would call her in a couple of days for a date. Once my daughter had arrived home, she called me and told me what happened. I called the store, and a girl answered the phone, I asked for the manager, but she said he was busy and she would help, Well she was full of s**** all she did was try to defend Joseph and in so many worlds called my daughter a liar. I found another store that was owned by Wireless Vision, in T-Mobile Aurora Mall, I spoke to the manager, named Steve who let my daughter return all the crap and gave her a Denver number. Thank you Steve and for the a** in Bear Vally store named Joseph, hope you die and rot in hell. To all the Men in the Denver area with a daughter(s), if your daughter is going to Bear Vally store to get a phone, you should go with her to make sure Joseph keeps his hands in his pockets. I told my daughter to press criminal charges, and I am thinking we should sue, Joseph and the store manager, Wireless Vision the owner of the store, and T-Moble for hiring a perv, and endangering all the young women who are just out to buy a new phone.

I hate this store and the lazy workers they never answer the phone. Upon my last visit they wouldn’t let me leave without the mobile wifi claiming the equipment and first month would be free as well. I was there simply for a new phone charger which they didn’t even have and never received the first month free and refused to let me return the equipment because the manager was supposedly out of town.

The first time we came in, the store associate gave us the wrong phone. We gave him the acrylic with the iPhone 13 information and repeatedly said iPhone 13 - but instead we got the iPhone 13 mini. He also took a long time to transfer over the data. Later that day, when we went to return it, we were told they could not because the manager had already left. We tried again today and the manager was late to opening the store. Despite the error on their part, we were charged the $70 restocking fee (with tax for a return) and told we could not get another phone from T-Mobile for 30 days. Despite decades of being with T-Mobile, they simply do not care. Their promises are empty and their services are flawed. I would highly recommend buying from other retailers or another phone provider - avoid the incompetence and the hidden fees.

Bear valley location has poor Customer Service. T-Mobile staff & Management lie to customers about what product and price you will get and have to pay. Make sure if you are making any big purchases you record what is being offered and have everything written word for word of what the sale transaction will be. This will be your only leverage you have when the bill is incorrect because you won’t be able to get the truth out of the on T-Mobile sale person!Bad business…too bad I have been a customer for 15 years+ and need a phone!

Renee was a great, great help! I can't express how great.Primarily, she is very knowledgeable. She was able to to help me with EVERYTHING I needed. Believe me, my phone was so messed up, due to water damage, I didn't think it was possible to retrieve anything that I needed, and my life was on that phone.. I kept asking for more & more assistance, and she gladley obliged. Not only that, she taught me a few things.First of all, I watched her with the previous customer, she was so patient & helpful with this elderly gentleman. You could tell that he left the store happy.Not only was she so knowledgeable, she was very pleasant and courteous. I have had other TMobile in-store experiences that were not so helpful.**Don't take the risk. Drive past other TMobile stores to get to the store in Bear Valley for excellent service**
