A good friend of mine recommended the groomer at this shop, Alisa.I seriously cannot express how impressed I am with her results on my pup, cash!She cut his hair perfectly, the way I always envision him right out of the groomers and what’s even better is the cost of all the services he got!I am more than pleased and happy to seeing Alisa She will make your pup look great too!!10 out of 10Highly recommend!!

Tyler is always friendly and helpful. I'm really enjoying earning points to use towards my purchases. I tool Tank and Mabel for a grooming day and they both came back happy, smelling great and didn't break my wallet.

lmao & shaking my head,i rcvd a phone call from animal control how they got my # well we know ~(3) days later after i brought my well behaved dog in for grooming and the job did not get completed because,i received a phone call 30 minutes later that he was scared by the blowing of a hair dryer and bite the groomer, and the male dude when i arrived with my paperwork work & to get my dog he acted liked he wasn’t gonna let go of my dogs leash ? and then to add to insult, i said i will still pay you for what ever service y’all did and he looked @ me crazy but i paid him and got something in writing for no more monetary gains but yet animal control calls me and said i was the one that got bite lmao , they can’t even get what sun stain a bowl tried to do ? they should have been more honest about their services and stayed they use blow dryers and my dog would have not reacted as most would or let me stay while he was getting groomed but oh well lessoned learned will not be going back & i have spent a lot of $ there ?ppl are funny !!!!

Skylar is really nice and Alisa always does an amazing job grooming my little dogs. They both are quite sensitive and need a little extra TLC and she always takes special care with them. Highly recommend if you are looking for a groomer!

Found this amazing gem of a groomer! We had to go a bit short for her upcoming spay, but they still kept a “teddy bear” look. Timely, communicative, & so gentle with our pup!

Great little store, packed with fun treats and toys, and we love their groomer! I love that Alisa only grooms one dog at a time snd she’s been so gentle and kind with both of our rescue pups.

Purchased two bags of dog food. I ended up having to return one because one was expired. On the way to return the expired bag, I called and said “hello, I’m on the way, I should be there 3 minutes before closing. Just need to do a quick exchange”Lady on phone said “Ok, but we close at 7pm” I blew it off and thought, I’ll have a good attitude when I walk in.. I walk in, I say “oh, I made it, smiling”, blue hair lady (don’t know name) proceeds to say “ thanks for coming in right before we close”. I sensed the sarcasm, and couldn’t believe the attitude I was receiving from a small business when I arrived prior to closing. I ended up returning the expired food, rather than exchanging, and now shop elsewhere.Long story short, this is what happens when employees are entitled and don’t value customers. A good small business would have said “hey, glad you made it” or “no worries, I stay a little after 7, so no big deal”.I also believed that the lady I received this service from is the wife of the owner.FYSA, I’m writing this review 2 months after the incident because I did not want to make a review while I was upset. I hope this business teaches their “employees” what good services is.

Groomer was late with apology. The grooming wasn't very good. One ear shorter than other on one dog, the other his beard was shorter on one side & all uneven.
