I bought a piece of clothing, paid with my debit card. I brought it back two days later in perfect condition with the receipt. When I asked to return it, the lady acted as if I requested something unreasonable. She said they don't do returns and did offer an exchange but there was nothing else there I needed. There was no statement on the receipt that said no returns. Now I'm stuck with something I can't use and paid $25 for. Great.

I asked for straight back cornrows. The simplest but they are not straight back. So my wig will lay weird. Good thing tho, I Called to be seen at 630pm and she was there and readyI was the only one in there so it was fast. Also saw two mice

This 2nd appointment that I made ... I been coming to this place since I was kid . So for you keep making all these appointments and forget that I made one with you is unprofessional. Also called to make sure that ask before drove out of my way just for you have all these clients and lying like I wasn't schedule at 12pm. Then waited 2 hours with patience so will never get my service again.

Loved the owner and the person doing my braids both super nice, but my braids did not come out to great. Very basic braiding ran by really wonderful women.
