I had a great email exchange with them. They are very responsive and honest in their feedback of products they sell even by email. They did not try to upsell me or anything. Just told me any issues they have seen with a few products I was trying to decide on, again without having to be in person or call.

I stopped in for a quick fix on a topper that SubTop previously installed. Nate had me In and out in 5 minutes. Great team who stands behind their product!

My company has been a customer for maybe 20 years now if not longer. Probably gotten 10 plus toppers from these guys. It's been great . Every so often an issue arrises and it's taken care of to my satisfaction! Here's to 20 more years!
