Disappointing Experience - Mediocre Service
I recently visited Studio a collective of stylists in Denver for a root color touch-up, blowout, and hydrating treatment with my Mother, and we were extremely disappointed with both the service and price.
The stylist seemed rushed and didn't pay attention to my Mother needs. The root color was uneven and didn't match the rest of my hair. The blowout was subpar, leaving her hair frizzy instead of smooth and sleek. The hydrating treatment seemed ineffective, her hair felt just as dry as before.
The staff was unprofessional and inattentive.
The stylist was distracted and seemed disinterested in my feedback throughout the process. Worse yet, they left color stains on my mom's face, showing a lack of care and professionalism.
I was shocked by the final bill. 800 dollars the quality of service certainly doesn't justify the cost..
Overall, I would not recommend mediocre service and exorbitant prices make it a place to avoid. There are much better options in Denver for both quality and value
The name of the stylist in case you wonder is Kristina Mayne. Never again.

The salon owner Andrea, is amazing and so are her stylists, especially Jess!! She’s a color genius. One of the best color and cuts I’ve ever gotten.

Came in for an acrylic removal and gel mani with Ash, who was a delight. My nails were short from the acrylics and she still made my nails look so cute with some adorable nail art. She also offers quiet appointments which I love. Everyone there was super kind and welcoming. Highly recommended. I’ll def be back.

@kendra.does.hair is fabulous! We are in town for work @brownrigg.insure and I needed a reset.
My hair was greasy from 2 days of our road trip. I booked a haircut, a blowout and a Milbon scalp treatment. The Japanese Milbon treatment complimented my recently colored hair at a Wella/Kevin Murphy salon in Barcelona, Spain in June.
I loved Kendra's scalp massage and warm towels. Our banter about our mutual love of our cat fur babies was also a plus. She also quietly did my blowout and let me take a little nap in the chair. Good energy, good vibes. The front desk staff were also lovely & cheerful.

Was lucky enough to work with Joel and he absolutely hit it out of the park. I went from a dirty blonde to a beautiful dark and couldn’t be happier. He cut my hair perfectly and made sure to bring out my features while also making me feel so positive about myself! Absolutely recommend.

Lauren was a great person and professional. She worked patiently and gave me advice, too, while also being considerate as to what I wanted. She is an active listener that pays attention to detail. People there were very kind and professional, and I love the product lines they carry, too. I would definitely return if I ever visit Denver again!

This girl was awesome. She knew what style would look good for my hair type and facial shape. Only took off a little to begin with. When she was done I said I wish it was a little shorter so she redid it all!! I was very pleased. Vibe of the place is relaxing and comforting. Everyone was professional and friendly. Thank you Hanna, you brightened my day and made me feel better about myself
Requested style: I told Hanna I didn't know what I wanted, something easily ro Maintain and didn't want to lose all my length. She put in soft layers in the back and straightened.
