Great location if you live anywhere near 61st and Peña Station. Staff has been very helpful since I first opened a unit. Randy went out her way to help me when she didn't have to, which was very nice!

Management keeps increasing rent every 2-3 months. Leased here in June by August rent was all ready higher than what l paid in June

I walked in at 5:45 and the 2 people at the front desk worked diligently together to get me signed up for a new unit quickly so I could get to the airport to catch my flight.

Don’t waste your time here. We have the 5x5 and Increased our rent by 40%!! Employee was absolutely rude and unprofessional and didn’t care to help us at all. His response was “that’s just what it is, do what you want”.

I was looking around, trying to find a storage facility when the storage facility was recommended to me. Customer service was amazing. The gentleman showed me several units explained the units. Explain the pricing and set me up. when I got the storage unit, the gentleman had me try my key and try my code to make sure everything was working properly preparing me for my move. I want to think that storage facility.

I found this location online, the website was easy to use with great pictures and tools to help figure out what size. The experience was even better upon coming into the store. The store was easy to find. The associate was Great! We were able to see the unit right away. We were given good insight on the unit and area. Very knowledgeable.This top portion was my initial review same day I got my storage unit in March. Here we are in May now Storage Unit rate has gone up $98. I was NOT on a promotional rate for 2 months. They increased the price and gave me notice the beginning of the same month it was increasing. Spoke with the store to figure out what was going on. The employee was rude and unprofessional. This place lies to get your money and then changes what is agreed to without proper notice. I would avoid this company!
