I recently cleared out my storage unit after not using it for over a month, and I removed all of my items as required. However, I was unaware that I needed to bring my own broom and mop to clean the unit. I gave a 30-day notice to cancel the unit, yet James, who works at the facility and seems to have a superiority complex, charged my card a $30 cleaning fee after the lock and all items were removed. To make matters worse, there were no trash cans available on site. I would strongly advise against trusting this company with your credit or debit card, as they seem to add charges without proper cause

James has been extremely helpful everytime we needed anything. We wanted to change units and he got us hooked up with a better unit that day no questions asked. This is also by far the CLEANEST storage unit I have ever had and I have had several. I would definitely recommend coming to this storage unit if you're looking for one In the Denver metro area. JAMES THANK YOU BRO FOR ALWAYS HELPING LINDSEY AND I OUT!!!

James started out as very helpful and everything went great until I went to move my stuff inside. He threatened the guys I paid to move my stuff with calling the police on them for just being there waiting on me. Accused me and my guys of leaving trash everywhere which was a complete lie. I asked him for the video of this and he could not provide it. Absolutely the worst storage choice and I do not recommend anyone use this location. I will be moving my stuff to a different unit this week as he is threatening fines now.

I just got cussed at and yelled at by your employee on duty today 8/17 at 3:45pm. I’ve rented here for years and didn’t realize that the side door by the office is an emergency exit only now. It was a side entry with keypad access for years. I opened the door to let in a customer to do a marketplace transaction, didn’t read the sign, and the alarm went off. Your employee came out screaming at us! It was an honest mistake, and his attitude was unacceptable. He threatened me with a fine even. Total jerk. Should not be working with the public.

do not use this storage company, they will raise your prices by a significant amount for no reason and they will not notify you until they need to bill you. the prices are already pretty high as it is, be prepared for an incremental 70 dollar hike :)

DO NOT RENT HERE. Originally we were so happy, we’ve been there 2 months and now they’re changing the monthly rent from $68 to $119 after only 2 months! And we had to pay the admin fees in June. Absolutely deceptive and disingenuous.
