My vehicle had broken down, and I needed it towed to the dealer, so I was in a situation where I really needed a tow. Thankfully, there was an affordable towing business nearby that offered quick turnaround and fair rates. The driver of the tow truck was also quite courteous, which helped reduced the strain in an otherwise tense situation.
