Completely satisfied with the service. I was able to speak the same person over the phone multiple times who understood my policy needs. Unlike other companies who would put me in touch with random people each time. The price beat out other companies easily as well. Would give a 6/5 stars if I could! Shout out Tiff!

Can't thank this team enough, in particular Tiffany Sawyer, for getting my daughter and future son-in-law set up with new auto and renters insurance! My daughter is moving out to Denver from Ohio and Tiffany was there the entire way helping get her taken care of with her new insurance needs. The customer service received was fantastic and the bundled rates were extremely competitive. Great agency, highly recommend them for any insurance needs! Thanks again Tiffany!

I have had nothing but good experiences with the agents at the Stephanie Sponder State Farm. We've been with them for a while, and I recently reached out to an agency that I allegedly have a discount with through my employer. The rates there were legitimately 3x higher.
Lately, I have been working with Elysia on getting a new car added to our account and she has been very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Started with Stephanie with one vehicle policy in 2012. Fast forward to last year ('23), I had 3 full coverage vehicle policies, umbrella, homeowners, and rental/landlord policies. I had a wonderful experience with Chelsea Gonzales-Yunn until her departure last year.
Sadly, I received poor customer service from my new contact that took over my account. Unfortunately, it was not just wasting personal time, waiting half the month for an email response, etc., it was account mistakes that ended up costing me.
I first reached out when I received a monthly bill for over $500 when my normal bill was $260+/-. I was told that policies have increased in Colorado, and due to my car renewal, my policy increased. But it should even back out after a few payments. I asked to confirm that all my multi line discounts were in place, and I was assured they were by the representative. When I received the next bill, it was closer to $400, and I reviewed the statement to find that both of my mutipolicy discounts were removed with the last auto renewal.
I followed up to figure out why and to request a reconciliation of my auto pay accounts since 1/1/24. I received a generic email message about policy increases explained again from my representative and that it will take some time to receive a breakdown from the underwriters. The response came after having to follow up 3 times over the course of 15 days.
It was at that point that I requested a new agent online. It was very easy. My new agent reached out within the time frame (3 business dates) and went over my entire account like I was a brand new customer. It was then when I was informed that the reason for my issues with my auto pay was that my name was not consistent throughout all policies. So even though the addresses matched, just because one says "Chris" and another said "Christopher" the system was not recognizing the corelation between policies and thus the system kicked out the policies upon the auto renewal.
To make it irreversible, I needed to change the address of one of my vehicles. Based on this update in the system, I can not receive a refund for the 3-4 months of incorrect auto payments. Unfortunately, I can deal with this type of underpaid, bare minimum customer service at my local fast food chain, but not with my insurance carrier. I hope they find better help in the future.
