We love step by step! Ghada is so caring and our son has developed so much since starting there at 2.5. I love that they provide such healthy food. The building looks rough from the outside but the classrooms are well appointed. I’m impressed the teachers always keep toddlers belongings organized! If you are a parent that needs lots of technology/updates, this may not be the right fit as there is no app or website. But I’ll take the care my son is shown over an app. We feel lucky to have a loving and diverse school/daycare in our neighborhood!

I called this place to schedule a time to come view the center. She told me I couldn't view the center due to covid. Understandable. Unfortunately prior to my visit I was hospitalized and was unable to attend. I called that morning to see if i could reschedule or do the meeting over the phone she told me it was fine to do it over the phone we did the meeting then she tells me the spot has been taken so I left it at that. I called the next day to see if I could get on the wait list and the story changed now I HAVE to come view the center first. I can't get on the wait list because I did NO CALL no show. She continued to get a attitude with me till I hung up on her VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIES for no reason at all

I don't know where to get started with this daycare. Im first begin with the wonderful staff. They are all well trained and friendly and actually care about your child. Ms. Ghada is a flexible and very nice women who runs this daycare amazingly. With an amazing director comes an amazing environment. This daycare is very clean and organized, welcoming and as well a great place to put your child to actually learn new languages, culture and something new everyday. My child comes to me explaining ways Ms. Emon talks about space and the human body and how he wants to be a doctor because of the things they are exposing at an early age. Aside from those things the daycare is very diverse which every child should be exposed to. If you are looking for an amazing daycare, with an amazing staff, a fantastic director and exposure to diversity and education, pick this place. No one will treat your child better or care for you and your family as well then Ms.Ghada and the rest of Step By Step Learning centers Staff.

It’s the best center ever especially the beautiful owner and her staff which makes you feel comfortable to leave your kids there ... they have a good activities and the time for everything to do .. I’m so happy that my daughter learning everything so fast and speaking clearlyThank you guys for being great with each kid in this center.

The teachers and staff are extremely lovable and caring. Initially my children had a very rough time getting used to a day care environment being that it was the first time in day care ever, however, Step by Step has been nothing but extraordinary in keeping my children comfortable, safe and extremely loved!!! I would not have it any other way then to have my kids enrolled in this daycare!!! I absolutely love this place and so do my children!!!!

My daughter has been attending Step by Step for 3 years now and loves going to "school" every day. The teachers are kind and caring, my daughter is always saying how much she loves Miss Jenny and Miss Sarah and comes home with new songs that she learned all the time.Ghada is an excellent director! She ensures the children have healthy meals, helps fills in so her staff can have breaktimes, and knows all of the children by name. I would recommend Step by Step to anyone looking for a nurturing and safe envrionment for their child.

I love this daycare. My 2 year old and 4 year old sons have been going there and they are always well taken care of. All of the teachers are so nice and they love my kiddos. My 4 year old always says goodbye to his teachers and tells them he loves them. The owner Ghada is always kind and is always there to answer any questions. I trust them with my kids and that's the most important thing.

Both of my children attended Step By Step. My daughter started in2012 at 6 weeks and was there full time until she started ECE, and then both her and my son did the after school care, and summer care up until December of 2017. As a parent I felt welcome to go in and check on them when I wanted, and I loved that when I would go to pick them up they were in a good mood and having fun. The teachers are very caring, they do activities with the kids, and teach them their basics to prepare them for ECE. Ghada, the director is also such a kind and caring person. She really cares about the kids in the center. We moved about a year ago, but even still my kids both have fond memories of Ghada, their teachers, and the friends they made there. Thank you all for taking such good care of Eddie & Chloe!

This daycare was an extreme help for my child. My child was a queit student and was shy. They helped her with her communication. She started eating alot better. She use to be a very picky eater. Now everything i give her she eats. I apperciate this daycare so much. The workers there are amazing to my child. The owner Ghada always has an amazing mood in the morning. She makes the student want to actually come to daycare. Thank you

My daughtets first day she was drinking anothers kids bottle. Very unorganized. My other daughter had missing clothes. Ghada is always in a hurry, makes u feel rushed. My kids were always dirty. My 5yr old went to a water park and Ghada would not tell my mother what water park they were at. I took 41 diapers on 2nd week of my babys going there and they attended 2 days out of the 5 when my mother picked up all belongings i had a total of 20 diapers left. Now way my babys went thru 21 diapers. Missing water bottle. The big kids room was always dirty. No feed back on progress with kids and how their day was. This center is outrageous. We lasted 2 weeks its not worh it. My 5yr old came home crying because one teacher was always yelling, because they are so wild and only Ms Ana has control and can get them to calm down. Than Ghada tells me no we do not yell at the kids, after another teacher told me Ms Ana does yell just to get the kids attention. They are very wishywashy. Ghada asked me not to speak to the teachers about any concern. To just adress her if I have a concern. A place to never go back to!!

Our daughter has been going to the Center for the past two years.She comes home with new songs and language skills, which means she is kept challenged as a two year old...which is difficult to do.

My son has been attending this facility since August of last year. Although one of the strongest driving factors for selection was their more cost effective price schedule, I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about the Director, Ghada. She actually takes the time to get to know the children- My son absolutely adores her. Typical activities are dancing, arts and crafts, play on the playground etc. Highly recommend.
