I used to live in these apartments once upon a time and I’m glad that I moved out ! None professional, dismissive and not safe ! Don’t recommend anyone to even lease at these apartments… and the price you would think you would be safe and living peacefully but wrong ! 0/10

We have been living here for ONLY 4 months and in the short 4 months we have lived here we have had so many issues. For starters I should have read the reviews, ALL negative. The reviews on here are 100% true. When we toured these apartments, the staff was very helpful and friendly, Niquette and Wendy helped us very much to get into our 3 Bedroom apartment. As far as the apartment goes, it is very nice and we have not had any issues with any of the appliances. Now safety here is non-existing, they do not have cameras in any of the parking lots or hallways. So we have had all our packages stolen from our door and from their “parcel packaging” because if the package is too big, they just leave it out. We have had our groceries stolen from our front door, 9 minutes within drop off time. We got a garage since the gates are constantly not working, guess what. OUR GARAGE was broken into! The handle was completely broken off and our garage door to the building wouldn’t close. When we called the “emergency maintenance” we were told it wasn’t an emergency. They eventually gave in when we told them all my husband’s tools were inside. We have had people knock on our door at 2am and when we called security, they took about 15 minutes to come and by then the person was gone. I emailed my concerns to the office, never got a response until I called, and Jessica told me I should be calling the police for all my safety concerns, she was very rude and dismissive. She asked me what they were expected to do, and that I was the only person in my building who had the knocking at 2am. Although we understood they can’t solve 100% of the safety issues, if you read everyone’s negative comments dating years ago, nothing has changed. The same issues listed on these bad reviews are still happening.

Before you consider moving forward with signing a lease, please consider the ratings below. This apartment complex had a post in the clubhouse ( a little over 2 years ago) that solicited 5-star reviews for a chance to enter a raffle so the 4.1 stars is inflated.Apartment quality - 2 stars-Almost everything in these apartments are low quality, from the cheap vinyl floors to the appliances (I've put it in multiple service requests)- While everything in the apartment is low quality, the actual layout is very good.- My water bill at one point was around $100 due to a broken water stopper in the toilet ( this is now fixed)Safety - 2 star- My car has been broken in to- 3 packages stolen. ( New delivery drivers just throw packages in near the mailboxes during the holiday season and the front office won't do anything about it)- The gate is broken very often.Parking - 1 Star- Station A started charging 8 dollars a month for parking through Park M.- During my stay here, my car parking permit expired for less than 48 hours and car was towed.- Station A works with Wyatt towing, a predatory towing company. For example, I asked the leasing employee how Wyatt chooses which cars to tow. Was told they randomly select cars to scan for permits and then tow. This is a discriminatory practice- Tow costs will range between $370 - $470.Maintenance - 5 starsThey have a fantastic maintenance team which is very useful since the apartments themselves are cheaply made.Office staff - 3 starsLeasing employees - Easy to work with and friendlyManagment - Very poor.- Went away from free parking to a tow friendly apartment complex- Gives 2 rubber bracelets for pool access and if you lose the rubber bands you will be charged $100 a piece.- My apartment renewal for a 12 month renewal was $500 more than a 14 month renewal.Overall, the rent is priced as a luxury apartment ( it is not)and has multiple policies and fees that make life difficult. I recommend the apartments directly across the street. Older but priced better vs what they offer.

SAVE YOUR POCKETS!! The pool is not worth the trouble! I feel like they are charging a resort fee to live in these mediocre apartments. The front office is not very accommodating and the apartments were cheaply built. My water bill was consistently over $200. I moved out and now that I have received my water bill at my new place, I know for sure that this apartment complex is ripping people off. My water bill is $31 now. Overall stay I would rate a 4.5 outta 10. There are plenty of nice apartments in the area, so I would look around before settling here

Not a safe/secure apartment complex like advertised! I lived here for a year and while the apartment units are really nice, the negatives outweigh the positives. The “secure parking” is a joke, the gate is always open/broken and I’ve seen countless cars get broken into or stolen from the parking lot. There even was a shooting at the pool to which their 24/7 security guard did nothing about. I’ve had a number packages stolen from my unit and after I moved out I had forgotten my IPad in my unit- when I reached out to Station A to have to shipped to me they told me they threw it out! Unprofessional- there are plenty of nicer apartments in the area to live in.

Dennis and Edwin went above and beyond while servicing my unit yesterday. Not only were they able to finish all the service request under 30 minutes, their service was very quick. I only submitted my request overnight for 4 things that needed service in my unit, and they showed up the next day. Also, their team work was great, while 1 was working on my dishwasher, the other was working on the lightbulb in my shower and the kept asking each other if the other needed help or if they were ok. Overall great service and fast with maintenance.

This afternoon I’m thankful for Edwin, David and Dennis. They helped me to fix all my garage issues in a quick and efficient manner. I was stressed to the max trying to fix the issue myself (which they also thanked me for troubleshooting on my own). Once the problems were communicated, they were fixed! Thank you.

The new management under Elvia's leadership has been truly exceptional! Wendy and the entire leasing team go above and beyond, demonstrating a genuine commitment not only to the community but also to its residents. Their dedication shines through during resident appreciation events, where even the maintenance staff actively participates, making an effort to connect with residents.

The management is extremely unhelpful and unwilling to admit when they are in the wrong. There is always trash everywhere, the gate is always broken, the screen to get into the building does not work half of the time, and they make their residents who pay lots of money pay to park their vehicles in the parking lot (not garage or covered parking, just regular open parking). Management has horrible communication with residents (especially residents being added on to a lease). I would not recommend living here unless you want tons of issues with nothing and nobody resolving them. If there is an issue, no matter what, you are the problem. Don’t. Live. Here.

Everything started out great. I had an amazing tour of the apartment I was interested in with leasing agent Wendy. She was very nice and informative. The staged apartment was really nice and I was excited to move in.Come application time, I applied and paid the close to $300 application fee and submitted everything for a move in date late April. Issues began to arise when they could not verify my income. An offer letter is not enough to provide proof of income here. You also will need a manager contact to provide verification. For me, I was hired by an airline and they said they could not verify employment until I start.I was in Florida and I had to report to my job May 15th and my employer could not verify my employment until then. Station A's solution was for me to wait until my employment starts to verify and reapply. That is the worst idea I have ever heard. On top of having to pay for another application fee I have to then have to find a way to be in Denver for my start date at my job. The problem here is that it does not make sense.I ended up having my father co-sign with me which the leasing agents seemed reluctant to do. With this, the income issue was solved. There are some complaints about this though that I will list later in this review. This might sound like I am just complaining, but pet ownership here sucks. They require a pet deposit of $300 and monthly rent of $35. Okay sounds normal, but then on top of that you must pay a non refundable $200 application pee for your pet. The deposit is supposedly supposed to return to you after you move out. If you read the reviews, there is a history of not giving it back. Whether it the pet fee or charging someone for renovations after they moved out. Point is it is expensive. Not a problem for me since I do not own any pets, but it might be a concern for pet owners. Now for the part that annoyed me about the pet process. Leasing agent Wendy noticed that my previous lease had a dog registered on it. The dog was my roommate's and I understand the confusion, but I had already filled out the pet application. I listed I had no pets. Nonetheless, they emailed me asking about the dog and to confirm I was not bringing any pets. I emailed her back saying no. Now leasing agent Kailey emails me asking me about the dog. I replied highlighting that I had already indicated on my pet screening application. She then emailed me back kind of rudely saying that she had to verify that I was not bringing the dog. The fact is I had to state 3 separate times to 3 different people/websites that I was not bringing a pet. What is the point of the pet screening website if you are just going to harass the tenant anyways.Moving on from pets, my application was still not complete as I did not verify my previous lease. Wendy and Kailey said how they tried contacts my apartments leasing office numerous times and there was no response. So I call my office and they found the email in their junk mail and signed it and had it sent back to Station A. Still a week goes by and Station A says they have not heard from my apartment office. I asked them to look in there junk mail and they said there was nothing. Wendy or Kailey said they would try reaching out to them by email and call to see what is up. More days go by and still no verification. I called my apartment office and told them that Station A did not receive the verification. They replied saying they would call Station A and see what is up. Not more than a hour later, the rental was verified. Why was it so hard for the leasing agents of Station A to do this? It took me no more than 5 minutes on the phone with my office.I ran out of characters to type but to summarize the rest. I had to mail a money order in for move in costs because they do not accept online payments. It never arrived and was lost. I ended up paying online. They said they would make a new lease later, but kept the original one since I already signed it and did not let me know about this until I called them days after the move in date.

My partner and I lived here a couple years back and really loved it. We decided to move out only because we wanted to be closer to the city, but have honestly regretted our decision and want to move back! We saw Rose a couple weeks ago to discuss returning and she was wonderful. I highly recommend this place!

I have had great interactions and experiences here! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help which goes a long way when you have any problem. I have made several stops at the office to ask for help and I have always been happy with the solutions offered or the help I received. I have lived here for a year now and I am happy with my experience.I would recommend this apartment complex for a few reasons. The apartments are modern and spacious, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and the property is quiet. I have had my share of less-than-poor experiences at past apartments and will likely be resigning at Station A.
