I was ~20 min late for a 3 hour balayage appointment because of a family emergency. The hairstylist left and when I arrived Safari and her co-worker were disgustingly horrible to me. I became upset and when I left, they were laughing in my face. Worst salon in Denver!!!!!

I have been here twice before and the stylist was good. This time was not, I was not satisfied with the service given. My hair was not styled when I left and there was no real attempt to do anything with it. I have short hair, so it's really not that difficult to do. I'm not sure what happened this time, lack of styling made it a bit embarrassing to walk out.

Stylist: Kate Davis has been my stylist for several years because she is fun and friendly, provides excellent customer service, and consistently delivers wonderful color, cut, and styling. I have fine curly hair in our super-dry Denver climate and she knows how to cut it to so that I can maintain wearing it naturally, as I prefer, on a daily basis. But, I look forward to my cut and colors when Kate styles & straightens my my new 'do leaving me feeling chic and smooth for a bit!

It might sound weird, but I’ve always had a hard time finding a stylist that can do coarse, thick, wavy hair. Kayla is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. She’s nice, great listener, really tries to understand the look I want, she always takes her time, and gives a high quality experience every time. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming.

Every time I get a haircut, color or style with Scott Clark, I come out feeling like I’m on top of the world! He knows exactly how to cut my hair and always has thoughtful conversations ahead of each visit to discuss what I’m looking for and what he recommends. His expertise is unmatched, and he has even given me styling tricks so I can emulate a style at home. Aside from his absolute expertise, I treasure his friendship and support and I feel relaxed and comfortable in discussing anything I need. I feel amazing when I leave and that is a hard feeling to match! That in itself is a true gift.

Love coming here - warm, friendly salon and Sonia is an amazing stylist! I took a risk and went with a new hair color and style - growing my hair out! I have been following Scott around Denver for seven years now. He really knows color--I always feel safe in his chair, even with my naturally-dark, fine hair texture. Scott is also very kind and sweet, so combined with Starling's welcoming environment it's just easy to spend an afternoon here.
