I had my wife's car detailed before selling it to a family friend for their teen's 1st car. It was covered in dog hair and had a bit of dog odor to it. I had a Jaguar XF detailed by Starlight Car Care. I purchased the complete Interior & Exterior Detail package. They did a great job on the interior cleaning from the dash, console, door panels, vents, carpet, windows, door jams, leather seats, mats and the headliner. A bonus was their products smell great and the interior smelled incredible. The exterior detailing was a showroom finish from a full service wash, engine detailing, buffing, polishing, waxing, tire shine and rims cleaning. These guys are doing something special. AMAZING JOB! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. This place is a scam. I had my appointment booked for over 2 weeks, they called me an hour before my set time and told me their employee woke up with a headache and they had to reschedule. Well it is now the date of my scheduled appointment and an hour and 30 minutes has passed with no one showing up. I called 15 minutes in and they tried to tell me my appointment was at 9:30 (when i have multiple emails stating otherwise). Fine, i wait and wait and no one is answering me after 45 minutes. Then i get a text from “Jay” saying they are 15 minutes away at 9:50am, it is now 10:20 and “jay” hasn’t showed up. Their main line won’t answer my calls. I demand a refund on my deposit. I have a very social job and i will make sure everyone knows about this experienceService: Auto detailing

super duper convenient! Best service in Denver! They come to your home for service. Very reasonable price!!! I already recommended to my friends. My car looks even better than the day I bought it 5 years ago at the BMW dealership! I’m really shocked at how clean it is. Cleaner than brand new. I’m super impressed and thankful! Be prepared to allow several hours for your service. I did the exterior and interior and it took him about 6 hours. I wasn’t expecting that and I didn’t realize they were a mobile service. So they clean it on site. In the end it was totally worth it.Services: Scratch removal

A little about my car: it’s a wagon that’s been a little bit used and abused. It’s carted dirty skaters, toilets, broken drywall, camping supplies, wood scraps, and tools. Had coolant, oil, ATF, washer fluid, saw dust, and sweat all over the place. It had never been detailed in the 6 years that I have owned it. Yes, I attempted to clean it up a few times, but there was all sorts of debris in every nook and cranny. The exterior basically got washed with rain, which was a travesty because I’ve put a lot of work into the car. Anyway.Jay came out promptly at the scheduled time and immediately got to work. This man puts the elbow in elbow grease. I’ll upload photos once it’s light again, but MY CAR LOOKS LIKE NEW (minus the dents and dings). It smells like new, it feels like new (minus my worn steering wheel). But you get the point, he did a FANTASTIC JOB. I’m so pleased with the work that Jay did. Will absolutely be hitting Starlight up again in the future so she keeps lookin nice.Thanks again! Really appreciate the hard work!
