As any Starbucks, get ready for a mediocre cup of coffee. I received a lukewarm Americano. Never again.

This place IS open to anyone, not just campus students. You CAN use your SB App. Expect lots of students, but they're pretty quick.

I would like to give 0 stars for service. They are rude and show racism. When I order a refresher or lemonade without ice, the quantity was half of the glass and when questioned about it they say, I will add ice if you want to make full and also "the management said to do so". That was very rude as they know that I need the drink without ice. Even the hot drinks were almost half of the glass. Don't know what and for whom they are saving for. Decided not to buy anything from this location again because of their worst service and rude behavior. Highly disappointed.

The absolute slowest Starbucks. Employees move like snails.there is one girl who works there who is always making drinks for her friends even though people have been waiting in line for 15min.

I’d give them 5 stars but you can’t order ahead through the app, so you have to wait in line. Also, the Community Commons building is unlocked now so anyone should be able to go to this store.

Normal starbucks, but tip for management. Include teaching your staff to annunciate. I asked a question at the front, and I couldn't hear the girl because she was speaking so softly twice, someone standing ~5 feet behind her did annunciate and answered my question and I heard her without problem. Especially since the COVID plastic is still up.

This location you have to be a student to go here. Lame. Why would they advertise it right off the road if you can't go in? Also, there was a location right down the road from my house that served the public and the students, but now it's only for students?

As a former barista and coffee connoisseur, my day depends on a morning coffee (sometimes an afternoon coffee, or a six p.m. coffee). As is inevitable for almost any college student, your disorganized sleep schedule will catch up to you, a predicament only fixed by caffeine. Coffee in a dorm is complicated; you need the right machine, grounds, accessories, and the cost of maintaining that routine. Even the most committed coffee addicts like myself regularly desperately shake an empty bag of grounds because they didn't schedule a Whole Foods run. What now? Why choose a corporate behemoth to supply your coffee? The answer is simple: dependability. Admittedly, the coffee itself is often masqueraded by decent, sweet flavors. But the purpose of a run to the on-campus Starbucks is never craft coffee, it's convenience. Countless university students, can roll out of bed and walk a few hundred feet to retrieve the desired caffeine high. Plus, where else can you order an iced triple shot pistachio oat milk latte and get the same product every time? There are so many variables to ruin your day, why risk a bad coffee?

They only serve to students. Open up to those who live in the neighborhood!

What do you get when you let 5 underclassmen girls at DU run a business? Nothing good. I order the same thing here every day, an iced coffee with cream. I get sugar or one of those gross flavor shots 60% of the time. It is beyond me that a two ingredient drink could be made incorrectly. I’ve had better service from a vending machine 1/5 stars

Great Starbucks location in the DU campus. Located a floor below the Rebecca Chopp Grand Central Market, this coffee shop is a convenient stop for a cup of joe after a meal. While there is currently no indoor seating, there are ample of outdoor seating with patio umbrella. Note: This location is cashless (at the time of writing).
