Seriously, it's that hard to make a full drink? Is everyone who works here mentally deficient? ?I'll be in the store tomorrow. And if I don't get a full drink, it's gonna end up all over the store.10 dollars for a drink to get 3/4 of it? Unacceptable.

We came here on Christmas morning. Thank you for being open on the holiday! The place was quiet, with mostly mobile order pick ups. It was disappointing, however, to see the Starbucks staff taking up the comfy lounge chairs with their work. Five stars to the friendly barista with the long hair and two stars to the grumpy, rude barista in the Christmas sweater. Bah, humbug! The drinks were good, though I wish they'd put the cinnamon, milks, etc. out on the server again.

my granny lives 2 mins walking distant away from here. I come up here to get her food & drinks every once in awhile bc & I just don’t like the service. It’s not the whole SB it’s their cashier with short hair she NEVER ask for my name like it’s ghetto or something bc i’m black…? like every time i go it happens that’s my last time EVER coming back here? and that’s sucks bc the food & drinks are made right..

A little crowded during school mornings which is great for business but bad for hanging out. The other Starbucks up the street might be better for that. Other than that little problem it’s a Starbucks and this fits in with the 1000’s of others.

I come to the Starbucks regularly because I wash my car at the Autowash in the same area. I’ve never had a bad experience at the Starbucks. They’ve always been so friendly and sweet. Every drink has been made perfectly, and I’ve never had to ask for anything to be remade. This location seems to be less busy, but I also wash my car at times when other people are normally working.

Anjali, oh anjali…. where can I begin on this beautiful young lady who not only made my day but my week. And maybe my month… can I say year? I came in a few weeks ago and she was absolutely wonderful on the drive-through. I don’t write reviews but she has been on my mind.. As soon as I heard her voice I knew I was going to travel through heaven. And my drink? To die for. I’d simply pass away if it meant I could talk with Anjali and drink a blonde latte with light ice… till next time Anjali and the amazing staff at Starbucks ??

This visit was good and I commend the staff for their gracious service. We asked for an Apple Crisp and they better it. We asked for an Apple Crisp and they made it perfectly. The problem was that we forgot to tell them no whip cream, so we asked them to remake it. We apologized she they said it was no problem. They even offered us the second drink but we had to decline. What a great way to die excellent customer service!? We give it 4.5 stars because the food was ok but not great. It is Starbucks, though, so the meal did fill a certain spot. We were satisfied. Great job, guys. Keep it up!

The counters were dirty and full of food and crumbs all over the place the person that made the drinks was nice but there was another person leaning between the front counter and the drive-thru counter that was just standing there doing nothing and she should have been cleaning the or doing something constructive. I was pretty disgusted at seeing all of the counters filled with fruit and spills and other things all over them and a person just standing around not doing anything to earn her day's pay. I took photos of the workers and the counters with all of the mess. It's quite shameful to see her standing in the middle of the other two people working and she's just standing there doing nothing. I certainly will not be going back to that coffee shop again. Also I intend to show other people the lazy woman who was standing around and they're dirty counters that needed to be cleaned.

days ago NEW I have never been treated so rude as today. I did a mobile order 10 min ahead. Went through drive thru and let the person know I had a mobile order gave them my name. Waited 15 min in line got to the window and told the girl my name again and she starts giving me a lecture about ordering sooner. I’m like it’s been 25 min. She keeps arguing with me about what I need to do next time. Wait 5 more minutes for the manager to give me five wrong drinks and I tell her it’s not my order. She also gives me a lecture about telling them my name next time several times. I tell her I gave my name twice it’s not my fault they understood wrong. Instead of apologizing for there mistake I get yelled at. So disappointed I buy drinks from this location at least five times a week. Next time I’ll drive 5 more minutes to where my money is appreciated. The worse customer service I have experience at any Starbucks.

This location is the only Starbucks I have ever had issues with . Not only did I have issues with ordering from them. They kept charging me to finally get the correct drink after I showed them a picture. Maybe when I showed the picture of the pineapple frozen drink it was to close to the mango one. Either way after saying pineapple how she still made a mango drink is absurd. I have ordered the strawberry cream frappachino and it is made the same every other location but this one. I actually thought she messed up that drink also but it said the correct name but was wrong drink . I understand making mistakes or not understanding but maybe should ask for some clarification I wasn't ordering some fancy Luffy drink. I was ordering off the menu. And to ask the customer to keep paying for drinks until you make the correct one is ridiculous. Of course customer service was way more understanding and helpful when I talked to them about the situation. Starbucks is already expensive I should not have to keep paying for you to fix a mistake you keep making. And all the random drinks I ended up with were given to neighbors. I finally gave up and never got the drinks I was trying to order will definitely avoid this location.
