“Slayed the fish at Chatfield with a guided day on the water with Austin Parr. Unbelievable guide with immense knowledge of what to use and how to adjust quickly to put us on a consistent bite all day! Lost count of how many fish we caught. At least 60-70+ with a mix of small mouth and walleye made it into the boat as well as the numerous hits we just missed. Austin is just a genuine good guy, and made sure we had a great time. Felt like we were fishing with an old friend. The day was full of memories made with my dad, and was exactly what I was hoping for when I booked the trip. Thank you Austin, for who you are and your willingness to share and educate others with your expertise. Thank you for your kindness, patience and unparalleled customer service. “First of all Austin is awesome, super nice guy and most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE. He helped me pick out a complete build to get back into scooting and it is awesome. He got me exactly what I was looking for and it was actually significantly cheaper than i expected. Within an hour I was out the door with my new scooter and more comfortable than ever shredding at the park. This place is great for scooter parts and much better than shopping online. I dont even live in Colorado but Austin is my new go to guy for my scooter needs! (Also hooked it up with some free stickers)”

I was shopping at Topo Designs the other day and I wanted to share the wonderful customer service experience I had. An employee named Gatwick greeted me warmly and was patient during my decision making process. He had extensive product knowledge and took care in explaining the design and function of various bags I was considering. I ended up purchasing 2 bags for my trip, and I am so glad I did! Initially I thought Topo was a commissions based company, and I am bummed to learn that it is not. This was one of the best retail experiences I have ever had and cannot speak more highly of Gatwick. If he is not a manager already then I hope he continues his successful career at Topo, as he is a natural and very friendly salesman.”

Took the time to adjust the sights in the range, and gave me several tips and tricks he's learned from his own years of experience. He made it a very comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience. This location is run well, The other location at park meadows in lone tree has very rude and not so helpful staff so I don’t mind driving out to cherry creek to have a better experience.I had to exchange a Christmas gift that ripped and at the other location in lone tree they acted like I stole the damn pants just because I was younger and they were so rude and wouldn’t exchange them without the person who bought them for me providing “proof of purchase” which makes no sense especially because I’m a loyal customer who's made many purchases from the brand. But luckily here at cherry creek they exchanged it no problem, no questions asked and they were very nice. I think the management of this location needs to go train the crazy’s at lone tree.”
“I never leave reviews, but my experience with Harrow was so exceptional I felt that the world should know. I needed custom jerseys based on my town and logo for my team that was somewhat unconventional apparently, according to other retailers. Harrow came through with an extremely accurate representation of what I wanted. Not only this, but all my players kept saying how comfortable and free flowing the jerseys were with high quality materials. The only downside, I didn't order one for myself. I will next time!”

“The repair quality at Feral Denver is nothing short of amazing! Needed a new (and better quality) main zipper on my favorite down sweater. My regular tailor declined; said just buy a new one because replacement/cost was too much work. Feral said no problem. I was expecting a utilitarian repair, but they did such an exceptional job you would never know it was repaired. And the larger zipper/ hardware is WAY better quality. Expect to get many more years out of this item. HIGHLY recommend these folks!”
