Buying a car is stressful, Nagham made it easy and comfortable. She went on the test drive with us and that was nice bc she talked us through the history of the vehicle and features. She was very professional, clear, honest and not pushy. We are very happy with the car and the price, this was the best experience we have ever had with a dealership!

This place was fantastic! Had a great experience with Excellence Auto Direct.Our sales associate Nagham Saoud was attentive and knowledgeable, explained everything with great detail and she took the time to review and answer any questions we had. They had a person who spoke spanish very helpful, they're very respectful and not pushy, made the process fast and easy. I bought a 2017 Hyundai Electra I will definitely recommend.

Purchased a used vehicle from this dealer in March 2024. No pressure situation and a very high quality car. Nagham provided comprehensive maintenance records and accompanied me to an independent mechanic where I had a pre-purchase inspection performed. She was very helpful and kind.Highly recommend.

I bought 2014 Ford Focus 2 weeks ago. When I bought the car I asked does have any leaks? I was told it has no leaks. I was told it did not leak when it was at the dealership. No help denying in had a leaks. It leaking oil from the back of the engine. I had to add oil 2 time since I bought the car. Window washer flood does not work. I was told it works. Beware.

Honestly amazing experience. I bought a car here and it was so smooth everything was explained really nicely to me. The manager drove with us in the car and was explaining stuff about the car as we drove. Then explained the history of the car and gave us a print out. Ive never purchased my own car before, and im glad i went here, it didn’t feel like i was being upsold anything it was ultimately up to me and they were very transparent and explained and answered everything. I recommend
