The community is well-kept, quiet, very friendly, and feels very safe. Amenities are top-notch and attractive. The gym is great, always clean and quiet. The rooftop clubhouse and hot tub offer a great view of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. Recently updated amenities include a hot sauna, perfect for relaxing. The maintenance team is always prompt and efficient. Residents describe an amazing and enjoyable living experience, calling it a great place to call home and one of the best places they’ve stayed. The overall experience is comfortable and stylish, committed to an exceptional standard of living.
Sova Apartments was one of the best places I’ve stayed. The community is very friendly, and the building is located in a safe area right in Downtown Denver. Everything you need is close by and easy to reach.
Sova is a great place to live. Jamie has went out of her way to help us from our move in back in April to today. We have lived at several Greystar properties and as a manager she is by far the best we've ever delt with.
