I use to love this place but now the customer service sucks they don’t know nothing bout drops or shoes you guys got rid of the 2 guys that made it a great shoe store to shop at im pretty sure the sales are down. Yea that’s bcuz you got rid of the black guys that knew how to please the public your going to continue to lose customers an good business check in with management might need a new starting five in there except the kid with the braids he’s cool but he seems silenced really not a good look for you guysSincerely once a good paying customer

if you want new released shoes go here they will have them most of the time … but please dont expect anything when you get there … just walk in look for the shoe you want then go up to the staff and ask for your shoe size they will help you when you ask !

Walked in and was barely greeted. The 2 people working spent more time Ilona their phones then asking if we needed anything. Didn't buy anything because of this. Went to Sports Fan a block away and bought what we were looking for there.

AMAZING GEM of a place! It had so many fire shoes and sizes along with GS sizes. We got panda dunks for retail which is unheard of. We love this place and will tell everyone about it!

The man I talked with knew his stock very well. I was able to pick out a sneaker, bring it up to the front and he could immediately tell me what sizes he had and what he didn’t. I bought a pair of Jordan 1s, and I will for sure be coming back.

Great local store that reminds me of the days of old! Great selection of general releases as well as some boutique only stuff! Great staff and has a great vibe! In the days of online shopping, I recommend checking this brick and mortar out and soaking up every moment!

Called in to check on a release style that they clearly posted on their IG and a guy possibly the manager said they didn’t receive it and would receive it. Called back 10min later talked to a woman and she said they had the pair and the size I needed. To me that’s shady for no reason especially for a non-hyped release.

They sell fake shoes got my lady some 13s got them legit checked because we had our suspicions and yup they were fake.
