The community amenities were top-notch. The building featured a beautiful fitness center perfect for daily workouts, a dedicated work area with private rooms, and a beautiful year-round pool. To top it all off, there’s even a speakeasy-style lounge—such a unique and fun addition!
A special shoutout to Caleb, who made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciated his expertise and friendly demeanor. If you’re searching for an apartment, this place is definitely worth a visit, and Caleb is the go-to person to help you find your next home!

I’ve hesitated writing a review to give them some time to make things right but the last couple months have been an absolute disaster.
In mid July I had a waterfall start flowing out of my ceiling in the middle of the night. It poured all over my mattress and carpet. It fried the electricity in my bedroom which was also my office, as I work from home. The mattress was ruined so I had to toss that and sleep on the couch for about a month, as I wasn’t going to buy a new one and put it into a bedroom that was clearly going to get moldy from the water damage.
I requested an apartment transfer and tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. The flooding obviously wasn’t in their control, someone upstairs was clearly responsible for the issue. But not ONCE did management come in to assess the damage of both their property or mine. I understand I have renters insurance and there will always be a deductible, but at the end of the day the damage to my property alone cost me $600-$700 out of pocket to replace the mattress and some other things I had stored under my bed.
Stuff happens so I simply asked for an apartment transfer, which they seemed decent enough about, but after I signed the lease to the apartment I was transferring into things went downhill really fast.
The leasing agent I had to deal with was rude and dropped the ball on the move in multiple times. Just after I signed the lease for the new apartment I was on my way up to the unit for the first time and he stops me in the hall and says I don’t have a working washing machine. Not a huge deal, and to be clear the maintenance team is great, they did replace it quickly. But he said until we get you the new washer you can just use the machine in the old unit (1**).
Turns out that was BS. Per their normal leasing contract you have 3 days to get everything out. That’s 100% understandable but I thought I had an exception for a day or two considering the washer issue AND WHAT THE LEASING AGENT TOLD ME. Anyways, I meet the leasing agent in the elevator and he gets very snotty, saying they will be charging me for an additional day. They ended up dropping that charge after I complained but the issues just continued to pile on.
I don’t know or care what their billing system is but it took a month for them to figure it out and at the end of the day I paid about $600 more than I normally do for the month. And that’s not to speak of the time and incredible inconvenience this was to a person like me who works from home in a 600 something square ft apartment that no longer had electricity in his office/bedroom. Or the pain it is to get movers to help you get your heavy stuff into a new unit. I worked on my kitchen counter and slept on the damn couch for over a month
The guy who I apparently had to deal with was horrible at communicating. I kindly asked for an apartment transfer but after not hearing anything for a week and a half I went to the office to ask what they wanted to do. The very nice property manager thought I was just moving out of the entire complex, so that added to the cluster F of the whole situation.l and this was all the fault of the leasing agent I dealt with.
In the end it cost me time, money, and an unbelievable amount of patience that I’ve lost at this point. They charged me redecorating fees and additional deposits. The washer issue was an unbelievable pain in the butt because the day after I moved all my stuff I drove to Chicago for the DNC. I drove over 1,000 miles with dirty laundry because of their poor communication and cleaned them at the hotel…..
I’ve been renting from apartments for 15ish years and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Once I’m settled into the new unit the place isn’t that bad, but wow, some people just shouldn’t be in property management.
And again I want to reiterate that the maintenance crew is wonderful. But for real find a Greystar pro

There’s something refreshingly different about living at SOBO Station that is not easy to duplicate in many communities of its type. The crew that manage and maintain the property day-to-day genuinely care about the residents and their experience. The care, concern, and respect is evident to me in their words and when dealing with them, whether it’s a one-on-one interaction, or in their broader community wide approach. Thank you Kim, Caleb, Josh, Tommy, and the rest of the crew for making home feel a lot more like home should feel.

Zero security, the garage doors are always broken and left open, and pool is consistently needing repair. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone- you also are not able to opt out of their boutique fees, AKA, paying to have someone move your trash even though you can walk it to the trash chute yourself.

I like it here so far. Was a little difficult to get the correct information at first one starting a lease but Caleb and Kim have been fairly helpful.

I don't live at SoBo yet, but I have to say their leasing team and everyone I have met are absolutely amazing. They are so nice and helpful (especially Caleb) and they will take time out of their days to assist with anything you need. I am so impressed with their customer service and can't wait to move in!

I’ve lived in quite a few apartments in the past couple of years and none of them have compared to Sobo Station! The whole staff, Kim & Caleb especially, were absolutely impeccable at all they did! Super accommodating and truly cared about the residents experiences! I always knew I was in great hands with them. Besides the awesome staff, the building and the amenities were great! A great spot to live in Denver, I highly recommend!

Everything about living here has been great. I felt a review was needed today as SoBo Station has moved their payment processing to BILT. With this new change, I've used my debit card a for a couple months now just fine (even though there have been some technical hiccups with the migration to BILT).As of November, they've taken away the possibility of using debit cards to pay rent for the state of Colorado and you must either pay with credit card (which has a decent sized processing fee), sign up for a BILT Credit card to pay, us a check, or provide your banking information for an ACH transfer. I don't particularly agree with providing my account/routing info to a company that has already had several technical issues, so I wanted to make my voice heard for senior leadership.Kim at SoBo has been amazing to work with and sort out the issue, but again...upper leadership with SoBo Station's property management company and BILT need to understand that choosing not to accept debit cards for rent out of nowhere is abnormal.

It seems like this place is run by temps. I don't know if anyone is actually a full-time employee here other than maintenance. Since I moved in 2 months ago every leasing agent I had contact with has left. Some of the leasing agents I had worked with were actually temps that didn't know things about the apartment and told me incorrect info that is now costing me hundreds of dollars a year.Below I listed some of the things they told me that were just lies or people that didn't know anything making things up.- I was told that they would reserve the freight elevator for me on move-in day and they'd have carts I can use. When I got here there was a temp working that was told there were no move-ins that day and she didn't know anything about the freight elevator or the carts. I was 1 of 4 move ins on that day when they believed they had zero.- I was told that valet trash could be opted out of by the leasing agent and by another person that gave me my tour. It can not, it's a mandatory $30/month.- I was told electricity is calculated based on your usage, not just square footage. That's also wrong.- I was told my utilities would all appear on my portal. That was wrong, I have to pay Xcel directly and pay on the portal. The fire pit by the pool and on the skydeck have been broken since I moved in. The pool and hot tub are supposed to be heated but they have been broken since I moved in. Supposedly going to be fixed this week so hopefully that was true. The gym is very nice. No issues with that yet.The maintenance is really responsive and helpful here and the apartments themselves are really nice but management needs to hire a full-time worker that knows things about the building rather than expecting temps to be able to run the apartment complex. Overall it's not the worst apartment complex but it is probably the worst move-in experience I've had.

10/10 service, hospitality, cleanliness & atmosphere! So thankful for their kindness and your caring attitude. The Front Desk promptly answers the phones or calls back quickly and they go the extra mile if help is needed that other place won't. Wonderful!! <3

I am a current lease holder trying to get in contact with the leasing office to no avail. It may look nice, but they do not respect their residents or attempt to resolve any issues. I have been emailing the manager directly with no response as of August 24th.
