I don't kmow who the owner is I need to speak with him my mom went in there the other day and the new guy with the beard took her id it's a missiori lisenes because she is from there and I was with her that day and I go In there on a daily basis and the manager the long haired blonde guy he had called My work because I told him where I work and he had called me work to see if I was 21 ..because the new guy thought I was giving him an fake ID and mind you I been going there one a week for months.. I was Fasley accused of not being 21 I am 25!!! With a real ID... the Mananger wrongly accused me when they scan my id everytime I go in . The new guy sucks. And when I went down there to have them scan it with a pen thingy and he's oh yeah it's real like yeah he shouldn't have called My work and the new guy shouldn't be working there.

The customer service here is great... always friendly and willing to help even if i come in At 5 minutes till closing. They have great products at a good price. The only thong that sucks is how early they close.

This has been like the 8th times I have gone to this store only to find it still closed, God forbid we get a little snow and they forget how to open up on time... an hour and half over opening time still no signs of life.

I went into the store and showed the clerk what I needed. He sold me the wrong thing. I took it back within 15min and was refused a refund or an exchange. I have used Smoker Friendly for years, but no more.
