We purchased our first Sleep Number bed 19-1/2 years ago. It still worked but we decided to upgrade before the 20 yr warranty expired. Turns out they've made a lot of improvements since 2006! Gabe (at the store) was really helpful and the delivery team was great. We're loving our new bed!

Such good customer service! I was surprised on how nice they were since I’ve always had bad experiences with these types of stores! I’m so glad I was able to come here to find what I needed with no difficulty.

Audrey was amazing and helped me and my bf pick the perfect bed, she answered questions before I could ask them, she didn’t pressure or try to upsell us at all, and made us feel comfortable retrying the beds over and over until we could decide. It was a great overall experience.

If I could give Audrey & her store’s employees at 895 S Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80246 a 15 🌟s out of the 5 star limit in this review, I definitely would add the 10 extra 🌟s because since we bought our sleep number split king adjustable bed in 2017 (now 8/2025), they have truly been perfect (a rarity these days) with advice, in pricing & have provided maximum support to us & our family members.
They are the Sleep Number backbone that makes every dollar you spend with them have even more value.

I did very little research before coming into the store and have never truly shopped for a mattress. Audrey was so welcoming and helpful with the whole process. She really cared about me finding my right mattress and I felt like the experience was really genuine with every word she said. This was the most painless precess to buy a new mattress and I highly recommend coming in!

We had heard about sleep number for some time and were finally in a position to invest in one. From the moment we walked out the door till the drive home and beyond, could not be more satisfied. Jeremy was amazing. Helped us through the entire process.
2 days later we decided to upgrade the pillows to a king size and met Audrey this time. Again, was not let down. She was amazing and great to interact with. Highly recommend to anyone. 10/10
