I love it here !!! Channell, Brittany and everyone working at the shop are so sweet and provide a great vibe ! They are all very professional . They will make sure you leave satisfied with your look , they do not disappoint I can promise that ! They get a 10/10 from me .

Your hair, time, and money deserve better. A complete waste of $220 and I tipped on top of that. Within less than a week I had strands falling out and came in to fix and still they kept falling out. She didn’t want to help resolve it after without me paying for a touch up. How are you going to ask someone to pay for another service when you didn’t do a good job the first time? It sucks because I know these girls work hard but they’re not professional at all. It was also nothing like the photo and didn’t know until after the fact. Just an overall bad experience with Alaysia.

I came to check out this beauty supply after googgle said it'd be openand had the hair I've been looking for. It was closed with no signage on the door explaining when it'll be open. If they'll lie about something simple like hours, i doubt they keep their inventory updated. I've never been inside this establishment and because of this never will.

I've gone here a few times for various styles but my most recent appointment has forced me to no longer be a customer here. I had an appointment scheduled for braids and without even contacting me to see if it was ok, my appointment time was pushed back an hour. The next day my appointment was completely changed to a different day and time, again without checking in with me to see if that day/time worked for me. I called and texted Chanelle to find out what was going on and I never received a response back from her. I still haven't heard back from her and this was several months ago. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I was so disappointed by this because Chanelle does a great job once you're able to actually get into the shop, that's why I added 2 stars instead of 1.

My message to the salon:“Hi, I wanted to let some time pass before I sent you a message, but I’m so disappointed with how my service went today.My appointment was rescheduled for an hour later, which you know, but the stylist didn’t show up until about 45 minutes after I arrived at 1030. There were 4 different people braiding my hair at any point, and all the braids have different patterns and parts of thickness.There is SO much extra hair, it’s heavy, I can’t put it in a ponytail, or pull it back to where it looks good because the hair is so stiff, it just keeps sticking out. I asked one of the girls to stop adding hair because it was feeling heavy.I want to take these braids out, but I feel like it would have been such a waste of time and money. The braids are okay, but it’s just not what I asked for and they’re heavy. They’re not finished, because I blocked out 5 hours for this appointment and I had to leave right at the 5 hour mark. I based my timing on what the booking site says, 4.5 hours and expecting the stylist to be on time. Not to mention that there was no apology or acknowledgment of being close to an hour late. I’m going to have to make time to fix it myself, but I’m not a braider.I was told to book with Chanelle, but she was there for about 30 mins, the rest of the time it was 2-3 other girls.I paid and I tipped the last girl who worked on my hair, because I want them to get paid for their time, I just wanted to let you know how let down I am. Especially because I was excited to get an appointment in your shop, being one of the only black owned supply stores in our state, and after seeing pictures of the salon’s work, and being told that what I asked for could be achieved.”Reply from owner: “Hello, I'll be sure to relay your message to her and get back with you in the morning”No response ever since. I did end up taking the braids out and I’m glad I did, because I have locs and a few of them were fused together, which I had to pull apart. If I kept them in, my parts would have been lost.

Took my niece to get some braiding hair and they didn’t have much of a selection she was pretty disappointed .. Can’t really say much about the customer service cause there really wasn’t any I got greeted and that was that .

We ran into a scheduling issue, but Brittany is a woman of her word, and my new bestie in my head ? We had a great conversation, it feels like I've known her forever. My hair is exactly how I requested it. She knows I'll be back! A family owned salon and beauty supply in one spot. Go check these ladies out!

Ive been going to see chantelle for a minute, at first the work was good and i was proud to show off their work. Nowadays their booking site is always down. The owner doesnt respond to messages and the leadership skills is lacking. Id suggest finding another more reliable braider because this place seems to be unreliable for consistant service.

I ordered a human hair piece from this place. What they sold was laughable and not at all what we had discussed. After trying to get in contact for help on the issue, they ignored me and issued no help at all. I’ll post the exact pictures I sent and what they made. I trusted the good reviews, but beware.

Chanelle is amazing, she is so kind and easy to talk to. She did my medium knotless braids on me and she was very detailed and precise with her work. She is worth every penny and then some.

This location is closed. There’s nothing there. I was really disappointed to bus all the way there, I’m new to Denver and was unpleasantly surprised.
