I’ve been taking my cars here since 2021. Initially I would say these were the best mechanics in all of Denver , I was even driving my vehicle from far north Colorado to get serviced due to trusting these guys with superior reliability, however recently I have been double crossed. On a new car I have purchased I noticed a leak , the leak haven’t been ongoing or major but I went to get it checked out I was told a housing unit is causing a leak of my anti freeze and was given a quote to be fixed. I took the car to be fixed and requested my AC to be recharged because it was blowing warm air. I was given a discounted price on the antifreeze and the air was blowing ice cold upon picking up the car. I went out of town for a week and returned and the car is now right back to warm air. I was told there could possible be a leak somewhere and I would need to leave the car and be re-quoted. Upon requesting the AC to be recharged the mechanic seemed a bit apprehensive and kept saying something about if this and if that , as if he knew something was wrong. I looked at the car fax of the car and AC service was done back in 2021, more so, I was educated by another mechanic that if a housing unit is worked on it will effect the AC system. Instead of knocking the issue out in one stone as done before I’m being triple charged which is heartbreaking. The initial mechanic I usually work with literally wouldn’t look at me in the eye when I approached this issue. I guess eventually it was bond to happen. Nothing good lasts forever here. However I didn’t expect to be treated like this after being a loyal customer after all these years. Now I’m searching for a new mechanic. My feelings are crushed I truly didn’t expect this from these guys.

They helped my car pass emissions after I was having trouble with my catalytic converter because it was stolen off of my car a couple years prior. They were very helpful and ended up saving me a lot of money!Throughout the process, they were incredibly kind and thoughtful. It was truly some of the best customer service I have ever received.Best mechanic in Denver! I will be recommending their service to everyone I know.

I stopped in for an issue with my headlights fully expecting to wait weeks for an appointment. I was met with Gary, who was extremely friendly and helped me to quickly identify the issue with my car. He was able to fix it as soon as I got there and answered all my questions. Based on customer service alone- I will be trusting my car to this shop from now on. Thank you, Gary!

Straight up rude. I’ve brought my van here before. Same van as always never any issues. Showed up today and “nope we won’t service that van cause we can’t lift it” I said “I’ve brought it in before and you’ve done it” and was told “yeah well it’s not gonna happen so leave”. Absolutely will never come back or recommend this place. My friend has a business gets all his delivery vehicles done here, going to recommend he stops bringing them in.Pretty sure the rednecks that work at this place have some type of prejudice. I went down the street to Meineke and they got me right in no problems and no bad mouthing.

I came in this morning in a rush to get to work with a flat and a doughnut on my car. I asked if they could get me in and out as fast as they could. They did! I appreciate how fast you took care of me. Today was a rough morning, but they made my day. I told everyone at work how great you were. I'll send people your way! Again, thank you!

Let me tell you the attitudes these mechanics have are ridiculous. I called one out for talking to me like I was a dog and they proceeded to try and jump me for it. Do not go here horrible service, worst people a bunch of thugs DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! ATTITUDES GALORE????

Don't waste your time with these jokers. Brought my car in with a coolant leak. They swore up and down they couldn't find one. Not even a week later my coolant light is back on and there's a puddle under my car.The mechanic who received my car (20 something girl with dyed hair and hand tattoos) completely ignored everything I said to her when I dropped the car off and clearly just wanted me out of the shop.They changed my oil unnecessarily and without my consent because "the service tag in the windshield was way out of date" when I'd been changing it myself for three years. On top of that, they torqued the filter cap down so tight I can no longer get it off myself.In short, they will ignore the issues you're bringing the vehicle for and charge you for every other service under the sun, regardless of whether or not said service is necessary.

Incompetent to source parts, doesn’t know the difference between a CVT and an automatic with lockup, condensing .Gary (one of the techs) has a fake certification as well

Absolutely horrible customer service and no communication at ALL their rude attitude drove away a potential customer but then I don’t think they care cause they are “so busy” they have little rude kids answering the phone with no information you ask I dropped off my car at 10am and finally decided to call them cause I never heard back from them and the rude girl Irene answered and I was told they wanted to keep the car over night and they’ll get to it tomorrow just to look at the car not even get worked on but that was no guarantee! What a waste of time and that wasn’t even all! One of the mechanics hung up on me while I asked for a manager. Just save your time and money and go elsewhere

Avoid. They made a big mistake that ruined my vehicle and they didn’t make it right. I regret every penny of business that I did with this shop. I will never go back. There are much better alternatives out there.
