The cashier Renee was EXTREMELY RUDE! Not only to me but every customer that walked in. I deliver for Amazon and came to use the restrooms. I didn't want to buy anything but I was yelled at that it's for customers only I then asked if she could make an exception for delivery drivers and she responded "your not delivering to me so I don't care" this woman needs FIRED! After reading these reviews I am obviously not the only one with an issue with her. If the owner ILIAS won't do anything about her I'm taking this up with corporate! Absolutely unacceptable.

Renee the cashier was extremely rude. I have never been to this location before and don't ever plan on going back. I tried pointing at the lottery ticket I wanted and she shoved my hand away. She could have told me something instead of touching me and being passive agressive. It's sad that Sinclair allows people to to treat their customers that way.

I went to this store yesterday and needed to use the bathroom. While I was standing there waiting for the cashier who was taking her time ringing up the customer and than when the customer was paying he also was taking his seeet time and I was very close to leaving a puddle on their floor. I very politely said excuse me I’m so sorry to be rude but my I use your bathroom, before I was even finished talking the cashier yelled at me and talked to me like I was scum and said wait your turn than when I was finished with my question in the same tone said the bathroom was out of order. I walked out and then decided to go back and talk with the manager while I was walking in the customer and the cashier were talking about me. When I asked for the manager she kept talking about the bathroom I told her repeatedly that I could care less about the bathroom at this point and I wanted to put in a complaint about her attitude. At one point when I again asked for the manager she told me than go find him and walked into the back room. When she noticed I wasn’t leaving she than pretended to call the manager on her phone and when she brought the phone time she snapped at me saying I wasn’t allowed to touch her phone, when I looked at the caller ID it said baby daddy on it so she didn’t even call the manager and was standing there with a smug look on her face. I tried to call the store this morning but apparently it’s impossible to talk to a manager. So I am hoping this will get to the owner since it is a family run gas station

Terrible lady works here. I took a lift scooter there to pick up my car at Grease Monkey. I left it parked nice out of the way and she came out screaming. You can’t leave that there! This isn’t the ghetto! I apologized and moved it. I spoke to the nice people at Grease Monkey and they say she has used racial epitaphs toward them. Sinclair, you need to fire this person immediately. I live in this neighborhood and have used this station frequently. Never again.

Wow the white trash woman behind the counter on Thursday, September 6th was one of the rudest human beings I've ever met. Dear management, you need to fire this woman. I will never do business with this location again due to this derelict's behavior.

The last time I went here, they were very helpful and had reasonable prices. But just now, I went to purchase a drink and use the restroom. There was a sign on the restroom door that said no public restroom. Okay. Many places will let you use the restroom if you make a purchase, so I inquired of the cashier for clarification. She was incredibly snotty and condescending about it, ask me if I read the sign, and wouldn't give me the time of day after that. An absolutely hateful person. I didn't buy my drink, and I won't be coming back. All she had to do was answer the question in a civil fashion.
Looking at the other reviews, it looks like there have been similar complaints about a cashier behaving in a similar fashion. The company keeps replying and saying they are escalating the master and taking the complaints seriously, but it looks like absolutely nothing has changed. Seems to me like they are giving lip service to keep customers, but not actually doing anything to address the issue. That shows a total lack of sincerity.

Don’t go here, the lady cashier is psycho don’t remember her name wish I did ! I see everyone else on here saying the same thing in reviews ! She does not belong in costumer service !

Two employees, one being Renee, were smoking weed when I walked in the store. When I opened the drink cooler an even stronger odor of weed came out from it. The employee was so high they could hardly run the register. Not coming back!

Waiting for my husband at the attached Grease Monkey and the woman attendant of the gas station came out, smoking a cig, staring at me and my car with my baby in the back making me very uncomfortable and had the nerve to ask me if I was "her customer" and if not to move my car from the parking spot in front of her store to the spot 3 away in front of the Grease Monkey. There was not a single car next to me and no one waiting on me for a spot to get into the coveted business. I will never be a patron of this Sinclair ever again. Unnecessarily rude.
