We have used this service 3 times, $100 for three hours of work cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, floors, basically everything except for dusting and "anything else they can get done within that 3 hours." The very first time we used them, it was perfect, the gal arrived on time, stayed for 3 hours and cleaned everything that was agreed upon. The 2nd time we used them, a different gal came and was supposed to arrive at 10:30am. She arrived at 10:36 and didn't get started until 10:43 because I had to walk her through of what needed to be done. She was supposed to bring supplies, rags etc., and ended up using my supplies (which thankfully I had) and my rags, which I subsequently had to re-wash (I had just gotten them out of the dryer before she arrived) and dry. She left at 12:55pm. If she arrived on time, she should have left at 1:30pm. When I received the invoice, I questioned the full amount of $100 and I received a response "our minimum is $100 but I can give you a discount." A discount??? The gal was supposed to be here for THREE hours and she was not so why wouldn't you offer to make the adjustment? That's more than 30 minutes of work in which something else could have been done (dusting, windows, etc.) instead of leaving. If I left work early, my manager would not be happy. The adjustment was made to $85 and the scheduler and I came to an understanding that if we used the service again, we would have the gal that came the first time. Several weeks later, the scheduler reached out and asked if I'd like to schedule another cleaning service. It was scheduled for yesterday, 10/25. In messaging with the schedule, I asked to confirm that she would bring her own supplies and that she would be cleaning from 1:30pm to 4:30pm. The scheduler confirmed. She arrived on time and left at 4pm. The guest bathroom counter had not been cleaned, there was a nail clipping and there were hard water stains under items that had clearly not been moved for cleaning. I ended up cleaning it myself. I received my invoice for $100, and responded with the details of yesterday. I informed them that I will pay the $100 invoice even though she left 30 minutes early and that I will be looking elsewhere for services.

Scheduled a move-out cleaning for 8/31. Team arrived right on time, and did an amazing job. Initial quote, which was the least expensive I received, was right on the money.

I am so happy with my deep cleaning service today!!! I have used other companies in the past and I am blown away by the comparison!!! The ladies that came were so incredibly nice and did an amazing job. I never thought my cast iron gas stove would be grease free again, was even looking to replace grates - now it's like new. Everything done exceeded my expectations, so grateful to have finally found an affordable cleaning service that does it right!!

I've used Simplified Living twice and will be continuing biweekly. They do a great thorough job that leaves my places especially clean. Their prices are extremely competitive as well. Highly recommend.

I've used Simplified Living for six years. I've been pleased with how professional the managerial staff is in sending cleaners who are trained to clean WELL and are courteous. I usually have a \\\"standard clean,\\\" but three times -- due to construction-work dirt and dust in my home, I have had to request a \\\"deep clean.\\\" No problem! Management sent three cleaners who literally touched and cleaned every single surface in my home: walls, windows, hanging pictures, cabinets, floors, and all of my \\\"stuff.\\\" Super thorough! I have used other cleaning services, but I'll stay with SL because they listen when I have a concern and address my needs. Very professional.

Jacque responded immediately with an estimate, changed the date when I requested. Carmen was on time, and did an excellent job cleaning the house. She is a perfectionist, and got all the nooks and crannies. Will definitely hire again!

The receptionist and cleaner were both very personable, helpful and responsive. Prices were reasonable and our cleaner did an amazing job and took lots of care with out home.

Simplified Living has worked for me about 5 years. I have used 3 of their employees over the years, and always happy with their work. If I have an issue, I call the owner and she is so responsive dealing with it, besides being a very nice person.
